On this visit, the market had available cantaloupe melons, watermelon, peaches, pole beans, cucumbers, red and green tomatoes, jalapeño peppers, green bell peppers, onions, sweet corn and a few other fruits and vegetables. There also were cold beverages in a refrigerated cooler. They will be having more and more every weekend. If you are looking for a particular item that you don't see, just let them know and they will try to get it for you. There are some farm animals to see here; goats, cows and pigs. They also have guided tours of the farm, so if you are interested, ask about the details. In addition, they sell handmade crafts that are unique, as well as t-shirts for infants, children and adults. Of interest is an upstairs museum. If you get a chance, make sure you go look. This family business is open weekends, on Saturdays and Sundays, from 10am to 6pm. They have private lot parking. All sales are cash only.

We fell…read morein love with the view of the water as soon as we walked in, and we hadn't even made it to the exhibits yet. We took our time in each gallery, reading and studying the art. It wasn't busy at all, so we had plenty of time and space to enjoy ourselves. Some of my favorites were the still life pieces. All in all, there was a good amount to see, and we'd recommend it as a relaxing afternoon activity for those who appreciate not only the art itself but the history of the pieces. We'd consider coming back again for any new exhibits next time we're in town.

I had just finished an extremely long and hot hike to Edward's Point so they were patient while I asked about everything and made a custom iced coffee and soda and purchased some other goodies from inside the shop. They assured me that, although the coffee shop closed at two, I was welcome to walk up to the barn where the alpacas were in the shade and there were more tables and I could sit and enjoy my drinks and feed them for as long as I wanted. I spoke to a friendly gentleman up there for a few minutes who was cleaning up and then sat for a half hour and enjoyed some alpaca therapy. They've very cute and friendly. Excellent little stop and my drinks and muffin were delicious. Prices were very fair.

Get there and was greeted by Miss Jesse She is the perfect picture of southern hospitality and genuine southern charm, a real champ and blessing to have met. She let me ride her horse ~ "Faith" she was a sweetheart They have 7 horses to choose from based on your style of ride. The Farm Owner is so cool, just a perfect gentleman and loving guy ~ Harold, who came along for the ride and showed me his place. 175 acres of Tennessee's finest land tucked away in the back mountains with Black Angus grazing the land, oh and one special brown Jersey named "Amy" Breath taking views, 2 ponds with a really cool tree forest next to them. I got the blessing of having both Jess and Harold to guide me giving me the lay out of the land. Horses were great, beautiful animals because of course Jesse takes care of them like their her babies They do events there too - weddings, church services, family gatherings due to the beauty of the place. I recommend this place and will go back. There's nothing like being around folks who you feel like you've known for years - that's Jesse and Harold Lastly, the charge was $30 bucks for an hour which beats all of the rest big time and Jesse went over the time too on the trail ride. The attention to detail was next-level--creaking floorboards, eerie whispers, and jump scares that had us clutching each other like terrified toddlers. Every room was a masterclass in horror design, from the blood-splattered asylum to the haunted Victorian parlor. The actors? Phenomenal. They didn't just scare--they became their characters. One ghoul followed us for three rooms, never breaking character, and I swear I'll be seeing his twisted grin in my dreams for weeks. Lines moved quickly, staff were super friendly (even in full zombie makeup), and the whole experience was worth every penny.
