Weavers Sanitation came out on 6/20/25. They serviced two of my properties back to back. Garrett and David were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Weavers also serviced my company last month. They showed up on time as promised. One of the guys had a great attitude. (I believe he was the driver) The other guy had the worst attitude. (He was the senior tech I believe) I had to control myself not to call him on his attitude. When he flat out lied to me, all bets are off. They left my yard a mess. The guy with the attitude just sat in the truck while the driver tried his best to clean up. BTW, My yard is still a mess. read more

The lady who answers the phone is the worst. Terrible customer service. I called and cancelled services and she sent the drivers anyway. When they arrived I explained I cancelled service and they said "she told us to give you an emergency bill". They will try to get paid wether they do work or not. Called the lady to see where the mix up was and boom "you'll pay or we'll send to collections". Ill Just say stay away and call rpj like i did. You'll thank me later. Ps. Friday evening I noticed some flooding around my septic system and realized it needed to be pumped. I called Weaver Saturday at 8 am and the crew arrived at 10 am. They pumped my system, were very professional and the price was great. I was very grateful that they were open on a Saturday. I will definitely use them again. Thanks Waever!! read more

They do NOT care about customer satisfaction. They have an employee there that is so rude and they care more about her than anything else. She is SO rude and the owner said she has been there since the beginning so good for them. I will go elsewhere. read more

Had septic tank pumped out this am by Weaver Sanitation. The two employees were very nice especially when I told them the tank had never been cleaned out (12 years). They worked very hard digging by hand to get to the tank lids and removal process. Will recommend to my neighbors and fellow Kent Co residents. Pricing EXTREMELY reasonable. Well done ! I called to see a quote for the home that has been vacant for over five years the lady was extremely rude. I am sorry Ms. but my loved one passed and that's why the septic hasn't been pumped, the homes vacant. Guess what I'll go elsewhere and you won't have to worry about us bothering you again. There are more companies in Delaware with great customer service skills, and by these reviews they may want to change how they run a business. read more

I had them come out to pump out my septic tank today, 11/21/2019, and they did a terrible job! I was told the two guys who came out to my home were apparently new and still in training. When I called their office to report the issues I had, the lunatic lady that answers their phone started screaming at me (I believe its the owners wife lol). Anyway I explained that their employees spilled sewage on our sidewalk and in our yard and she said she would tell the owner. When the owner called me he asked what I wanted him to do & I explained I wanted my bill lowered because they charged me $215 and literally left poop in my yard & on the sidewalk and that they left my hose water running when they left. He started yelling at me as well and explained all his business expenses to me and told me he would not even lower the bill by $25 dollars & that if we dont pay the entire amount he will refer this to a collections agency and "ruin our credit" were his exact words (all this after he yelled at me and used the F WORD!). I have reported them to the DE Dept of Natural Resources and the Better Business Bureau of DE also :) Do yourself a favor and use another septic company!! read more

Had septic tank pumped out on 5/21 by Weaver Sanitation. I was told that they would let me know if anything was wrong with the pump and write on the bill if they found anything. The cost was $324 to get it pumped. They left no note on the bill so I assumed everything was okay. 10 days later the septic alarm goes off again so I call Weaver Sanitation again. Turns out that the gentleman who came out to pump the first time forgot to let me know that the pump was not working. I had to pay an additional $177 to get it pumped out again. I contacted the owner and he admitted that his employee that came out the first time should have let me know something was wrong with the pump and that he did not provide good service. However, the owner would not budge on the $177 bill and informed me of all his costs of running the business. I would not suggest anybody use Weaver Sanitation as they will not fix mistakes that they make and expect the customer to eat the costs of their mistakes. read more
