I knew (but they didn't know I knew) what invoice for the car would be and wanted to see if they would deal fairly. I was working with Ethan as the salesperson and Ricky as the sales manager. Almost immediately, I was offered the vehicle for the invoice price with no muss, no fuss. I knew then I was dealing with a fair dealership. Ethan sent me pics of himself in front of the vehicle to prove it was there so I would know I wasn't being tricked and sent me a purchase order with the actual price we agreed on and no extras slid in. I made the drive, got my car, and the deal was exactly what it was supposed to be; no switcheroos after I made the drive. I even purchased a tire and wheel warranty plan from them because I wanted to do something a little extra that they would make money on to thank them for being so honest and easy to deal with. And the tire and wheel plan was a good deal for me too since my Corvette has pretty expensive tires and wheels! The only thing I would have changed is that my car wasn't detailed and shiny clean when I picked it up. I was willing to overlook that small inconvenience because I arrived on a Saturday after hours and they hung around and Ethan came up on his day off to help me with my purchase. Ethan also went to the car with a cleaning cloth and cleaner and was removing smudges and dirt after I mentioned the car wasn't cleaned. Then both he and Ricky gave me a Corvette tutorial and lots of helpful tips about the vehicle I didn't previously know. All in all, it was the best dealership experience I've had and I'd drive 8 hours round trip to buy from them again and again!

I searched for my truck in Shreveport, Alexandria, Lafayette, Lake Charles, Baytown and Houston and they were the least expensive out of everyone. They obviously love helping folks out and taking care of the customer. Everytime I wash it or it rains it takes water and the back floor puddles. The rims and Emblems are SPRAY PAINTED Black,they did not inform me about that. I don't care about the rims and Emblems. But they won't fix the seals and the person who runs the place won't do what's right and Fix my seals. I'm still in the process of getting her to do the right thing the owner will not do what's right and Fix the seals on my car. Every Seal on the car is damaged and my car is taking water.I have had the car less then 2 months. She sent me to a body shop and learned how much it was going to cost. Wants me to pay half. I said absolutely not. "I have no idea how much" She does" She says Mr Gentry I seen you pull on the seal... Um yes maam. To show you it was not sealed properly! /facepalm... Then, while I was checking out, I guess it was a regular who walked in but the checkout woman wouldn't even look me in the eye while I was checking out. She was too busy talking to this guy she probably had a crush on. As she handed me my receipt, I told her thank you. She said nothing, didn't look at me, say "have a good day", "thank you", nothing. Small towns are supposed to have a home vibe. This place didn't and I will most definitely, never return.
