She was too busy talking to this guy she probably had a crush on. As she handed me my receipt, I told her thank you. She said nothing, didn't look at me, say "have a good day", "thank you", nothing. Small towns are supposed to have a home vibe. This place didn't and I will most definitely, never return.

Craig was the first number I found after my in laws and husband had called a couple places that had said they were already closing (Friday at 5) Craig, Hayden and Buddy worked their tales off fixing the tire that had 5 broken lug nuts (only 1 holding the tire on) they also had to replace an upper ball joint that was totally not attached. They did all of this in a parking space and didn't stop until it was safe and done correctly. They never complained once about the time even though it was a job that as soon as you touched one thing, another was wrong. I highly recommend Johnson's good people and they really know their stuff!

My fiancé simply asked if it was possible to take off the add on that we previously had chosen for our new tires. Understandably the girl checking us out was a little frustrated, but she went to get her manager and continued checking us out as normal. When the manager came out, we were immediately spoken down to and given immense attitude. We hadn't said anything to her yet, and she was already speaking to us with extreme disrespect. My fiancé and I were perfectly fine with paying for the add on because we had already agreed to it, we just thought about it more and wanted to see if it was possible to take it off. If not, we would have happily paid for it and been on our way. Instead we left appalled at the audacity of the manager. We used my mother's account, who unbeknownst to me, is a Walmart member or whatever club thing they have. So the add on we had chosen for the tires were free anyway, but nobody told us that until the manager finally got a grip of herself and unclenched her jaw to tell us. I'm 20 years old and have never left any sort of negative review anywhere, but never in my life have I been spoken to with such disrespect. Neither my fiancé nor I were causing any problems or causing any type of fuss. We simply asked a question. At the end of the day, the work the guys outside did was great and time efficient. Next time, however, we will be sure to go somewhere else.
