I went to the so called General Manager of this place but that was a joke !! I would never ever recommend them for anything. Very poor Management they deserve 0 stars but it makes me put something

I purchased a new 2025 Corvette Stingray from Lake Country and had to drive 4 hours to get it. I…read morecontacted them as soon as I saw they had what I wanted on their lot and asked them for a price lower than what they had advertised. I knew (but they didn't know I knew) what invoice for the car would be and wanted to see if they would deal fairly. I was working with Ethan as the salesperson and Ricky as the sales manager. Almost immediately, I was offered the vehicle for the invoice price with no muss, no fuss. I knew then I was dealing with a fair dealership. Ethan sent me pics of himself in front of the vehicle to prove it was there so I would know I wasn't being tricked and sent me a purchase order with the actual price we agreed on and no extras slid in. I made the drive, got my car, and the deal was exactly what it was supposed to be; no switcheroos after I made the drive. I even purchased a tire and wheel warranty plan from them because I wanted to do something a little extra that they would make money on to thank them for being so honest and easy to deal with. And the tire and wheel plan was a good deal for me too since my Corvette has pretty expensive tires and wheels! The only thing I would have changed is that my car wasn't detailed and shiny clean when I picked it up. I was willing to overlook that small inconvenience because I arrived on a Saturday after hours and they hung around and Ethan came up on his day off to help me with my purchase. Ethan also went to the car with a cleaning cloth and cleaner and was removing smudges and dirt after I mentioned the car wasn't cleaned. Then both he and Ricky gave me a Corvette tutorial and lots of helpful tips about the vehicle I didn't previously know. All in all, it was the best dealership experience I've had and I'd drive 8 hours round trip to buy from them again and again!

In April 2024, we took my car to Sess Auto Repair in Brookeland, Texas which is owned and run by…read moreJessie Session. The car had already been diagnosed with 1 blown head gasket and that the coolant reservoir needed to be replaced. Jessie Session quoted us $1175 to repair. Money was paid in full to him May 8, 2024. One week later he came back and said the "fix" for the head gasket would require another $1000. That money was paid to him on May 15. On May 29th, he would not answer text or phone calls regarding when we could pick up car. This went on till July 3rd when I threatened via text to involve law enforcement. He then called and proceed to say he had been in hospital but car would be fixed by the following week. You guessed it no car, no text, no call. So called local sheriff and advised Jessie that I would be reporting car stolen. (You see during this time he moved my car from his shop to his home without consent or notification.) So he finally said car would be ready Friday July 19th., and he was fixing timing chain with his own money since it was messed up (the timing chain was fine when he took possession of the car). Guess what no car because he broke a hose and couldn't get one till Monday. So Monday July 22, this man calls me at work from his smart phone to tell me that he is locked in car and the factory security on car will not reset and he doesn't know what to do. I had to call Chevy Dealership for him and get him the answer. Needless to say, he had car towed to our house last night after nasty phone calls between him and my son. The car is not locked via security system. He just never fixed anything on the car. The reservoir still has leak and crack in same place, the car sounds worse than before, so now I will be forced to seek legal action. I have the mechanic coming today to document damages to my car and the repairs not done. My advice, do not trust this man period.
