Craig was the first number I found after my in laws and husband had called a couple places that had said they were already closing (Friday at 5) Craig, Hayden and Buddy worked their tales off fixing the tire that had 5 broken lug nuts (only 1 holding the tire on) they also had to replace an upper ball joint that was totally not attached. They did all of this in a parking space and didn't stop until it was safe and done correctly. They never complained once about the time even though it was a job that as soon as you touched one thing, another was wrong. I knew (but they didn't know I knew) what invoice for the car would be and wanted to see if they would deal fairly. I was working with Ethan as the salesperson and Ricky as the sales manager. Almost immediately, I was offered the vehicle for the invoice price with no muss, no fuss. I knew then I was dealing with a fair dealership. Ethan sent me pics of himself in front of the vehicle to prove it was there so I would know I wasn't being tricked and sent me a purchase order with the actual price we agreed on and no extras slid in. I made the drive, got my car, and the deal was exactly what it was supposed to be; no switcheroos after I made the drive. I even purchased a tire and wheel warranty plan from them because I wanted to do something a little extra that they would make money on to thank them for being so honest and easy to deal with. And the tire and wheel plan was a good deal for me too since my Corvette has pretty expensive tires and wheels! The only thing I would have changed is that my car wasn't detailed and shiny clean when I picked it up. I was willing to overlook that small inconvenience because I arrived on a Saturday after hours and they hung around and Ethan came up on his day off to help me with my purchase. Ethan also went to the car with a cleaning cloth and cleaner and was removing smudges and dirt after I mentioned the car wasn't cleaned. Then both he and Ricky gave me a Corvette tutorial and lots of helpful tips about the vehicle I didn't previously know. All in all, it was the best dealership experience I've had and I'd drive 8 hours round trip to buy from them again and again!

Do not take your vehicle to this shop... The mechanic has absolutely no clue what he's doing…read more... Brought my Ford in for repair he said it needed a new computer... Had my car for 2 months... I ordered the computer he said it either wasn't programmed or programmed wrong... Finally I threw my hands up and took it to a shop down the road... Turns out the throttle mechanism was shorting out the computer... My car was fixed in one day at the new shop... I was told that I needed to pay $150 to release my car... The little girl behind the desk tried to rip me off for 50 more bucks and told me it was 200 I had to go out to the shop and have the mechanic come in and tell her $150 watch out for this place... I'm going to take them to small claims court
