We booked a session for 14.00pm and sessio. Ended 15.45pm. We took bit of time 15.55, as my friend was changing babies nappy By the time she come down from toiles ,staff approached me again asked me session is finished if we haven't booked for next session we should leave. I said I am aware of it.Then i said to my friend ,are time finished should we book another session, we aggred to book another session as i was walking to the reception,my son come down crying his eyes out saying his got hurt. Then I took him to the toilet to wash his face, when i was back to are place staff come back said have you spoke to reception to book next session i said not now please, you being on my face too much ,she said you shouldn't speak to me like that as you are well older than me and walked away saying I will mop the floor with your hair if you speak to me like that , I left everything and run of to her asked to repait herself which she didn't . Manager should listen to both side before asking us to leave , I wouldn't go there again or take my family or friends again. Still in shock that they can speak to any one like that.

It is probably great if you only have 1 child but with 3 it is impossible to keep your eye on all of them. I went with a friend that just had 1 and she struggled to watch just him. The place is massive and I felt uncomfortable not being able to find them. The upstairs cafe area was good, but there was a fight for seats anywhere near the play areas, almost literally when I was there!!

The toddler area consist of a small play frame for them to climb on wth a small slide to get down. It also has a baby zone within just for the infant guests! The kids fun zone has a huge play frame, with 3 slides, a maze run, a giant hanster wheel and loads more, There is a seperate area for ball games and both play areas have seperate trike/bike tracks with a plentiful supply of ride-on toys for the children to use. There is a small cafe offering a choice of hot and cold snacks, and a good selection of drinks. Pricing has recently gone up making it slightly less accessible for those with bigger families but as a treat it works well

There is a small fee for adults, I suppose to dissuade from bringing four adults with one child, like we did. It's not ideal but becoming more common with places like that.
