It felt like the office was trying to keep my accounts at the highest costs they could. How is taking someone off insurance NOT allowing the monthly cost to go down? When I got my refund check, they spelled my name wrong. Even though I'm on the accounts my name was misspelled. Company: insurance costs were ASTRONOMICAL. We switched and State Farm was more than double my new rates. Also, the customer service line and the office give different information. State…read moreFarm uses a outside towing company, I've been waiting for over three hours then I call the tow company they tell me they called State Farm and told them there driver never showed up for work.. Mind you State Farm never let me know that, I called State Farm and all they could say was sorry. After 5 min of being on hold a recording says "you have been on hold long then 5 min we are hanging up now" So unprofessional... I call back again they put me on hold and claim the have to talk to there supervisor who then has to talk to upper management. And they told me they will call me back.. I'm getting AAA now..
