Writing to inform my experience with Jersey's Elite Cleaning. I purchased a couch from a friend and…read moreshe contacted this company to have it cleaned after I purchased it from her. The owner agreed to come to my house after I accepted delivery to clean it. The worker inspected the couch and told them they would be able to clean it on a Thursday, 24 October between 1300-1400. I agreed. The following day they did now show up by 1400 so they were contacted and the worker said they had to stay home from work to tend to a sick child (remember this). The owner of the company contacted me and said they did not receive my address and that's why they did not show up (keep that in mind. More later). They did not call to reschedule. I called them to find out why they did not show (the company had already been paid by the original owner of the couch). They set up a time the following day (25 October) to come clean it and I agreed. During the clean, one of the workers let part of my sectional slip and it hit my wall making a dent in the drywall (see pictures). They never told me about it or said they will make it right. I asked the worker at the end "hey, what about the hole in the wall?" They said they had contacted the owner and he will fix it. They stated they sent him pictures of the damages. I had to call the owner the following day to receive a response. He asked to come the following day to look at it by 1800 and he never showed. I contacted him (text message so I can have proof) on Tuesday, 29 October and he said he had a funeral to go to (sorry for your loss). The owner didn't try to call and reschedule and has been giving me the run around since. He asked when I would be available, I responded and then he messaged back five hours later with a vague response, saying he was in another city. He did not request a different time or day. The couch was cleaned in the sitting area well. However, I did attach pictures showing what damage they left and what they did not clean. Dog hair was left on the back of the couch in the Velcro. Hair and debris was left in the cup holders and storage area. They also asked to use my towels during the clean? The owner said that was their normal procedure, "it's just water." The two workers that came were very nice and respectful (with the exception of the damages). Recommendation: check their work before they leave and DO NOT PAY THEM until they complete the job to your satisfaction. I would NEVER use them again, personally. Watch out for the sales pitch the company tries to use.

First of all they let themselves into my house while I was in my bedroom getting dressed. Never rang door bell or knocked,Or said Hello "its the house maids." Just came in through the front door, without prior permission. I briefed the lead team person on what not to clean .I did walk through and said Dont clean 4 ceiling fans, cause I have done, Several other wholewall bookcases ; I had cleaned also , told her not to clean those also. Told them not to clean master shower( I had done).Bottom line they re-cleaned all those things, and expected me to pay for extra time it took. Once I heard a loud bang.. cleaning lady had dropped my copper wall clock from 4 ' .I put it back on the wall myself. Does not work now. It was a $50.00 restoration hardware Quartz clock. Never said sorry or anthing. They billed me for 3.5 hrs. When it was originally set for 2:45 min job.,They worked hard , but not smart eg. "cleaning all the things I said not to do.It was like the keystone cops, or circus clowns just running around with no clear plan, and expecting me to pay for them unnecessarily cleaning what I had done 11/3hrs on my own. This team did not understand english, and the owner can hardly speak clear english. She thinks her employees can converse clearly( laughable). My rating of 2 stars is gift. These cleaners are not to be left without close supervision. Who wants that??. That is why you hire capable people. Very disappointing,and irritated with this companies' cleaning organization.
