We contacted We Plan It in October 2021 to arrange a small company Christmas Partly in December. They have a good network of sub contractors and their floral arrangements are stunning! I chose to handle the micro details like gifts and agenda, but they took care of everything else, bringing everything in to an empty space, staying for the event, then taking it all away afterward. It was a great party and I would definitely hire them again. Our event was awesome because of their hard work! read more

I've had We Plan It coordinate and set up our Christmas Party for 4 years now, and it has always been AMAZING. They never disappoint! The food, decorations, and set up are always exceptional, and they take care of clean up too! You won't regret hiring them. read more

This was a sad and disappointing experience. I was having a fabulous party and wanted a fabulous planner. Wendy, the owner, did not provide this. Initially, she refused to give me any pricing information. I contacted her in June, 2018, seven months prior to the event. Other than our initial meeting and a quick trip to the hotel, she was too busy to see me (because of the holidays) until 18 days prior to the party in January. She rented a chocolate fountain which broke (she grudgingly refunded our money), but there it sat, dead and ugly. She wasn't at the event to address it, because at this point neither she nor I wanted her there. The list goes on. It was very bad. On a lighter note, the party was a huge hit and the Vancouver Hilton was awesome!, despite her involvement. read more

Meet the Business Owner: Wendy S.

With a background in entrepreneurism, corporate event planning, and a master's degree in Special Event and Wedding Design, Wendy Sturm, opened WE Plan It with the hopes of creating the premiere event planning service in the Pacific Northwest. Wendy left the corporate world after a 17-year career planning and executing large events. WE Plan It is the next evolutionary step allowing Wendy to fulfill her passion and sharing her gift for creating sophisticated and timeless events. Having visited more than 19 countries and 47 states; Wendy has extensive knowledge of different cultures, lifestyles, and an appreciation for refinement which she brings into the multi-faceted business of WE Plan It.
