I decided to have professionals come in and give the house a better cleaning than I ever had. I am a pretty clean guy, but I know it could be "deeper." I met the owners of Impeccable Clean at a local networking event and we got to talking about cleaning my house. The end result is a house cleaner than I could have thought at a very fair price. I read the other review on here and personally, I had very good communication experience with them! Christina (co-owner) kept me updated via text as I was working for part of the day. They were very considerate of my dog being in their way, who is 170 pounds, and this meant a great deal to me. Christina visited the house for a formal estimate, and they were on time and on budget. I also work from home and they cleaned my office and workshop. The bathrooms look better than they ever have. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again to freshen up in a few months!

The frustrating: their pre-cleaning site survey totally underestimated time for a deep cleaning, which they charge by the hour. When a quoted four hour job was only 2/3 done after 4.5 hours, and our bill was already over $500, we sent them home. After all that, the cleaning they did do was spotty. Very good in some places. But dust and dead spiders were still under the sofa, and dirt was still in the grout of a nearly new bathroom floor. I had to get down and scrub it with bleach cleaner myself. When this was pointed out to them later, they made no offer to make it right with us, so we can not recommend them and will not hire them again. Disappointed.
