Noting the business name and the description, I thought I was calling a handy girl. They are a licensed contractor - yay - but really do not do handy work. It sounded like I may have offended the person who answered, as the work I need done includes hanging wainscoting and a owner's suite bathroom refresh. After describing what I wanted, I was then told, "I am a licensed contractor. You need a handyman." My one star is because (1) the person who answered was rude/rough with her response; (2) after giving me the, "I'm a licensed contractor..." response, she then told me she was booked until mid-November....why does that matter if my work is too menial. I refuse to beg someone to take my money.

Their equipment was top-of-the-line for the services we required. Tri-County was at our home early Sat morning to remove the tree and debris. They were also instrumental in having a construction company standing by to seal the roof to prevent further damage. For these reasons, we highly recommend their service and greatly appreciate their timeliness and professionalism for a job well done. It's rare to find a company respond like this these days!
