Despite paying for their services, I saw no significant improvement to my credit over several months. Their representatives especially Victor which is the manager , made claims about what they could achieve that were misleading at best and potentially false advertising. Communication was poor and updates were vague. I requested specific documentation multiple times and was either ignored or given generic responses. It's clear that their process is not tailored to individual cases and lacks transparency. In my opinion, MSI Credit Solutions did not fulfill their contractual obligations, and I'm currently exploring options for reporting them to the appropriate consumer protection agencies. I…read morecontacted Jim Emerson at ACCRS, who promised to contact my creditors and get a "settlement" - for a fee of $500.00. I stupidly agreed and Jim let me pay that amount in two monthly installments. I signed a contract, which contained a Power of Attorney form for him to act on my behalf. The ACCRS website included a statement that a total refund would be given if I was not satisfied. Jim supposedly contacted two credit card companies for me and I asked to see the correspondence he had sent them. He refused, telling me "If you saw what I sent them, you wouldn't need me", which should have been a red flag. The only correspondence I received from the credit card companies was statements and past due notices, because Jim instructed me to stop paying anything to those companies. This dragged on for five months, I saw no progress and assumed the credit card companies would soon be turning my accounts over to a collection agency. Finally, I called one of the credit card companies and asked them to send me a copy of what ACCRS had sent them. They said they had received NOTHING from Jim Emerson or ACCRS! I told Jim that and demanded that he send me a copy of what he said he had sent the company and asked for a total refund of my $500.00, per the guarantee on his website. He finally sent me a copy of "his" correspondence and it was written as though it was from me, with my "signature" and was very vague, making me look like a worse idiot than I already am. When I again asked for my money back, he said that he had done what I had contracted and he refused to return my money. When I checked the ACCRS website, the refund guarantee had magically disappeared! Mr. Emerson then ghosted me, refusing to respond to my calls, emails and texts. I checked with the Better Business Bureau (something I should have done to begin with) and ACCRS is not registered with them. I have since contracted with a company approved and sanctioned by the BBB and the FCAA (Financial Counseling Association of America) and was with a working program with a great company within a week, for a one-time fee of only $50.00. My sympathetic contact at this new company told me that people like Jim Emerson and companies like ACCRS take advantage of financially stupid people (my words, not his) like myself. So PLEASE stay away from Jim Emerson and companies like ACCRS. I learned my lesson the hard way.

Nope, just as I had assumed, REAL people had nothing positive to say. "They just take your money, my score never changed." "It's just a money pit, based on empty promises." About 2 pages into the reviews, some random dude posted about his experience with The Phenix Group. No one else was talking about this place. I looked up reviews for TPG and there was not a LOT, however, the ones that were there were GOOD ones. Nothing negative! So, I sent my info. Another lie. Per our contract I am owed a refund based that no improvements have been made and they have breached their own contract. Do not waste your time or money, they have no integrity and a pattern of abuse and fraud which I would suspect is being done on a larger scale and a class action lawsuit will be needed.
