The very first technician was phenomenal, the second technician was busy flirting with my daughter, took over 3 hours to complete the job while trying to get side jobs. Had the carpet cleaned a couple of months ago. I have been scheduled for a month to have my chairs and carpet completed on Monday July 21 2025.Recieved a call today telling me the appt has been canceled because I have canceled payment in the past..This is a bold face lie, I have used a card twice and paid cash the other 3 times! This company is a ripoff, very very careful who you let in your home. To tell a blatant lie to me who is the person that has set up all appt, I have no respect for the company!!! Original rating 2, repeat is 5. So I will give a solid 3-4 here. The original cleaner did a poor job unfortunately. We spoke about the specific water and wax stains I wanted to remove and he told me I would need to spend an extra $20 to get them out. The stains were noticeable and the color looked a bit off but I assumed because it was still wet. By the time my white couch dried, it was dingy/cream (originally white-white) and all of the stains were still there. Luckily, I was able to discuss my concerns with the manager who assured me he would have someone to come inspect and do a repeat clean for no extra charge. Truck #4 came a few days later and did an AMAZING job! As soon as he finished, even while wet, the stains were noticeably gone and the couch was restored to its white color. And he was super nice, knowledgeable, and adamant about correcting things for me while ensuring I would pay nothing. Buyer Beware! They advertise $20.00 per room, but interesting enough when they arrived the cost came to $359.00 for only four (4) rooms, a small hallway and 2 sets of steps. Interesting, they make you pay before they start the work. In addition, they made me pay an extra amount of $40.00 to treat the grind in soil on steps - this was still too high in my opinion. To add insult to injury the company said that the technician they were sending was one of their best. As it turned out, this guy told me he was only with the company for a week and couldn't address any questions or concerns (but knew how to sale you on their various products and services). Further, he lacked customer service skills, was very unprofessional and became extremely agitated if asked questions. He even started yelling at me and I had to ask him to calm down. I became extremely uncomfortable in dealing with him and refrained from any further discussion. It seems like, his annoyance started when I asked him if he could use the shoe covers which I provide to everyone. I would like to also mention that the equipment he used was very dirty which he hooked up to my sink. He became anxious to leave and even commented that he knew I was writing a review on my phone. I mentioned how would he know what I was doing on my phone which was really crossing the line and invading my privacy. At this point, I was even more anxious to have him leave my home, as I was just uncertain of his behavior. I will NEVER use this service again. Let me also mention it took two whole days, almost three for my carpet to dry. The guy said it would look better once dried, well it doesn't and definitely doesn't look professionally cleaned. I can still see some of the stains which I paid EXTRA to have removed and that their technician said could be removed . I was not impressed by the quality of the work and will never ever use this service again or recommend to anyone. Also, I am not sure what kind of cleaning solution they used, but it left a musty smell in my home that was not there before. Perhaps that is reason why they try to sell you on their carpet deodorizer. I called to complain, and they said they would send someone out to check and redo the areas of complaint. A person came but only got the piece of equipment they accidentally left outside my property. I used this company to do my rugs. 1 area rug, basement, 2 flights of steps and a hallway. Was given a price but when arrived the price changed. Don't fall for this company. The guy came and was rushing through the job. I told him let me know when he needs us to move a couple things but he failed to do so. I understand they don't move heavier items but i specifically told him before he started to let me know so we can move the item so he can get under it. That is 1 thing he failed to do also the job was not done well. It needed to be vacuumed better I called and complained was told they would come back out Saturday but they never called or showed up. **They took my money and ran*** was told the steps were free but when looking at the emailed receipt I was charged for the steps. I scheduled 1 carpet to be cleaned on Friday 3/17. My wife took off work to be home for the cleaning. We were told someone would be there between 11-1. I called the first time around 2 pm, spoke to a receptionist who transferred me to dispatch. The gentlemen on the other end was unapologetic, crass, and said someone should be there in 35 min. Now, I know they have caller ID because they asked if the number I was calling from was the contact number. I said no, and gave my wife's cell number...again. At 2:50 no one called or showed up so I called the # again and got the same receptionist, she put me through to dispatch again. This time it went to a voicemail. I left a message. I called again at 3:10 and this time I could tell someone picked up but switched me to a prompt that just but me on dead air. I hung up and called again. Same thing. I picked up my cell phone and called and got right through. It was the same receptionist and I mentioned that she intently put me on a never ending hold because she recognized the number. She proceeded to get ignorant with me . I said "look I was told my carpet was going to be cleaned today and I've had nothing but a run around. Can you please find out what is going on". She put me on hold and a man came on and I explained what was going on. He asked if they ever called and I said "No, nothing". He said he would look into it. Sam called my wife at 3:53 and said he "hit traffic" and will arrive in 22 min. He rang the doorbell at 4:20, 3 1/2 hours after they were supposed to be there. This now ruined my plans to take my wife out to dinner. When they were done my Wife and Son were on the front porch as the van was leaving. The driver proceeded to back up over the curb and back over my neighbors mailbox. They both got out, bent the pole back up and put the mail back in the mailbox and drove off. When I got home I noticed they dumbed the water, carpet fibers, and all the other crap right outside my backdoor and onto my grass. My house backs up to a wooded area, they could of simply walked 50-60 feet and dumped it into the woods. The service provided by your company is unacceptable and I received no apology what so ever. This has to be one of the worst experiences I've had with a company. read more

After a shaky start with upsells etc., We Clean Carpets finally came back and came through. The area rugs look great finally. Tip: If you want your rugs to look clean first time then opt for the 'Extreme Clean' option for only $20 extra per 8'x10' rug. The regular clean is really only a treatment and makes no real difference to how clean the rug looks. To be fair, when I called to complain they went out of their way to fix the problem. That's all you can do when you make a mistake, so thanks for that. read more

I had to call the company to say I hadn't heard anything after my appt window had passed. someone came 1.5 hours later after he left - there was still so much dog hair and debris in my couch. he didn't even clean between the cracks! the manager contacted me and said this is not how the technician was trained and that they would send somebody out the following week to correct appt window again 9-11 am. right before 11 am I contacted the manager saying nobody showed up or called. after 11 I tried to call the company and left two messages. at 12:46 someone said they'd be on their way in an hour ...never showed up. left a review and the manager called me at 3:50 pm saying he'd send someone. no? I waited all day twice? and let him know I had to go back to work I requested a refund and got ignored. they sent me a link to reschedule and asked me to take down my review. I asked for a partial refund again and got ignored ...again so unprofessional and terrible cleaning job. do not recommend . waste of time and money Oh they also blocked me on social media so my posts of their terrible service don't show up on their feed. I called them and asked about pricing, I had a clean rug and only had glue that I wanted removed. every time I called they answered within seconds prior to my appointment, he comes in and tells me it will be extra charge ($130 total) for a bedroom area which was clean but I asked if it's guaranteed to remove the glue and he said yes it will be brand new. He was there for less than 10 minutes, saying he can't do it and I suggest you use brown marker on the stain. I look again and I see that he ruined my carpet and tore the area, when I asked and told him that he ruined it he asked if I had a razor so he can try to fix it. I have been calling for the past 2 days nonstop and they have blocked my number. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. SCAMMMERS SCAMMERS. Absolutely horrible service and ineffective cleaning. Do not give this company your money. I paid extra to have them to do a special treatment on an area rug (made of polypropylene) for pet odor. They came out and cleaned the carpet, which was a fine experience. However, after they left I noticed that the carpet smelled worse than it did before the cleaning and a stain was darkened. I called and asked if they could touch up the carpet. They said they would come out but never showed for the scheduled time. Then, I called and asked if they could either come back or give me a refund. Instead of addressing my concern, the dispatcher sent me to voicemail immediately after I explained the situation. When I tried to call back in case of accidental disconnect and explained my situation again, they hung up on me. When I tried one last time (benefit of the doubt), they sent me to voicemail again. I have to throw out my carpet after paying to have it cleaned by this company. I later got a call back from a manager. Apparently, calls come through a third party dispatch. My name would not be in your database I paid for the service but the apartment is under no what's it called the service was performed at ducks meadow look that up in your database and perhaps your technicians aren't supposed to use our water facilities but they did this job was done a couple of Saturdays ago. If your technician did not mention that he broke something you might want to question whoever worked that Saturday. Either way you your management team never called back the number on our account to even ask what happened or come out and see anything. So on that part management has no excuse for not returning the phone call and following up on the quality of your workmanship. Your database does not have the name of everyone that works at every one of your work sites. I had called them for my sofa & love seat cleaning. The sofa cleaning was ok. They were still cleaning it when I had to step out for a while. I came back after 20 minutes and when I came I saw that the cleaning guy was leaving. He took almost 30-35 minutes cleaning my sofa and was done by the time I came back! I thought that was fast! But when I came back I saw that the love seat was not cleaned at all. In fact I would say that it was dirtier than earlier! When I had booked the appointment online, I was given the estimate of $70. When the guy came home & saw the sofas, he said he'll do a deep cleaning & stain resistor treatment or something and told me it will be $170. I agreed since he was already here, but regretted my decision later. I was getting some very high ratings guys at the same price, but I called these guys when I saw the estimate of $70. So I ended up paying as much as I would have paid to a higher rated service and got such a terrible service. I won't recommend these guys at all. Or if you do call them, keep checking what they are doing. Do not let these guys work by themselves, because then I don't even know if they are working or not! I had 1 guy come and halfway through as me if I was home alone(which I was) It scared me half to death. He was clearly trying to make moves. The next guy came and left within 45 min...he clearlily did not do everything he was supposed to. One of the next appts, they were more than 2 hours late and the dispatcher kept making excuses until I finally said forget it. Today the man claimed to be a top tech. He brought a guy who he was training. everything he told me was the opposite of what all the other techs told me. I could hear him yelling at the trainee , then heard him on the phone complaining (this was all after I warned him the company was on its last chance w me and explained why). Do NOT use this scam company. They will quote a price and show up and have additional up charges they try to sell you. The technician that showed up, Matt, truck #3, had a trainee with him. I had two sofas and an entire basement cleaned. I offered them both drinks and I tipped Matt before he left. After they left I noticed that Matt had taken floor pillows of the floor and put them on my sofa. I moved them the next day back to the floor and discover damage to my sofa. The tufting had been torn from the couch and was covered up by this floor pillow. My brand new sofa from Restoration Hardware is damaged and they refuse to accept responsibility. I called them. They scheduled an appointment to 'assess the damage'. On the day of the appointment they called 15 minutes before the scheduled time to tell me they would be 30 minutes late. An hour later, I called and kept being put through to a voice mail. I got a call from the same tech Matt around this time saying that he was coming to clean an area rug and two sofas... I informed him what he did to my sofa, he pleaded ignorance, he stated the company is 'undermanned' in reference to why he would not be able to get to me for another hour...he said that they can't keep employees and that customers are always calling him 'bitching and complaining'. He assured me he understood my frustration and was going to call his manager John to see why he was being sent to me. Another call from Matt; 'I'm coming to FaceTime with my manager to PROVE we did not tear your couch'. They had not even seen the couch and were positive they would disprove my claim. I was beyond upset at this point. Matt hung up on me after I told him not to bother coming here and waste my time more so. I then received a call from John. He conferenced Matt in. He said Matt was right to hang up on me bc of the way I was speaking to him...that the cell phone call was recorded...laughable. He then told me to call Restoration as they may fix the couch. He then offered his lawyers information and expressed they will prove in court they did not tear my couch. All the while John had yet to see the damage. Terrible company. We had appointment between 3 and 5PM, but the guy came at 6PM and told that he had no idea about the time of the appointment. He asked to pay in advance ,burned electricity that we had to call and pay electrician electrician after his visit to repair. When he was leaving the carpets looked dirty, but he said they will look clean when they dry. They dried and they are still the same dirty carpets as if nobody cleaned them. I will post pictured later. I called with complain and appointment was made to correct the problem for next day from 3 to 5PM. The initial call gave me a price to clean my carpets. When they arrived the guy told me it would be over double to do a deep cleaning. I explained this is not what was told to me on the phone. My carpets are newer and were not horrible but he insisted that he will get all the dirt stains..Long story short, he missed SOOO much. Don't waste your money. This is literally a case of you get what you pay for. They're cheap but all the furniture I had cleaned looked exactly the same when they were done. Basically they wet the upholstery and then it dried. I see now why they make you pay before they do the service. Otherwise nobody would pay for it. read more
