He got the serial number and model number in ordered a new lid. It took quite a while for it to come in, but once it did, he installed it and we are back to a great machine. Removing this hot tub has been way overdue on my list and it took me so long because I couldn't decide how and through who to get rid of it. I did some research and requested some quotes and decided to go with Jesse not only because he gave me the fairest price, but because I was confident that he would also know how to unhook it from the power source. They came right on time and got the job done so quick and so easy! I have no idea how they were able to easily lift and haul away a 400 pound hot tub but they did it. You never know what you will get, but it is worth hundreds of dollars in value! They have it down to a smooth running system, with the cars coming in, getting loaded up and then exit out. The traffic gets a little backed up on the street, but that's expected. Everyone working is volunteering their time, so people waiting in their cars need to be patient and kind.
