Obviously, pricing/cost then becomes the final criteria for selection. I got 7 quotes on removing 2 layers and installing GAF Roofing. I selected the 3rd Generation Roofing Contractors and would rate them a 5 STAR company. Many of the others were 3 stars or below and could not ensure all bundles would have the same color lot. 3RD Generation Contractors completed the job in 2 days and left extra bundles of shingles if needed in the future. Installation was 51 squares and they used ALL GAF products to ensure the GAF Warranty. Presently working with Anthony on getting quotes to do gutters, repair the driveway and replace my deck.

The owner is highly involved in the community and I really appreciate their hard work and service when dealing with complicated insurance issues. Will always continue to use them and recommend them. Ted determined what the problem was and gave me a good price. Ted stayed in contact with me from start to finish and he did a perfect job. No mess was made, nothing got broken, and his wife even wiped up the counters and floor when they were done. It was truly refreshing to find people who stand by their word and quoted price. I highly recommend Rusty Nail and they'll be my go to in the future. Thanks, Ted.

Little Rock, AR 0 friends 2 reviews 4.0 star rating3/27/2019 It has been my experience that finding a good handyman in Littler Rock is difficult. I finally found one that is reliable and delivers quality work! Tim and his staff were on time, provided me with a detailed quote and were willing and able to make last minute changes when asked. Their input in the process was valuable as they are talented professionals and guided me as I requested a change. Tim allowed me the time to discuss the change, added his expertise and suggestions and finally we had the project that worked. The quality of his work was very professional and my front porch looks presentable again. Jeff has special skills that added to the overall great quality. Their price was fair and I will definitely use them again in the future. I have already recommended them to several neighbors, who can see the work for themselves! Peggy M.
