Casey called said he was going to have to order the part which was a gas valve for a recessed gravity forest wall heater He ordered the part it took two weeks to come in He sent John back out to put it on He put it on yet he would not kick on with my thermostat John flat out told me he had used his multimeter and he got a electric reading right outside the transformer so the wires were working and then again at the he wasn't just getting any at the valve to kick it on okay so then Casey sent out his son-in-law Seth Seth charged me $500 $400 but of course Casey said he would pay $150 of it just to run about 10 feet of wiring and it still did not work why because Casey had ordered a 110 volt gas valve yet the wires and my thermostat and the old one was only 24 volts so that brings me back to the point He replaced that wire for nothing for $250 that he refused to do anything as far as give me my money back on when I didn't have to have it replaced and I haven't heard anything else except they were going to bring another party in there was 24 volt so they did now that thing makes a constant humming noise and they refuse to do anything else with me so I'm out $750 and I'm in worse shape than what I was and I see all these bad reviews I think I'm going to have to go take legal action on this cuz this is absolutely not the way you run a business especially with this many bad reviews thank you all who put a review there that will help me.
