You decided if this is worth the one star i gave them. I took my side by side here because it had an intermittent issue turning over. No issue running or driving. I get a call from Will and for $750 they can fix it. Electrical issue loose connection and fuel pump he says. I replaced fuel pump about a year ago. He told me " if you don't use an OEM part they won't last and you won't have the right fuel pressure. I replied it was an OEM part. His respone was "well sometimes they don't last either". Giving them the benefit that by coincidence it did go out i had them do the work. A week later it is supposedly ready. I go pick it up load it on my trailer, stop by the gas station and fill it up. Get home unload the thing an fuel is pouring out from somewhere. Load it back up ran it back to WTC. They were very apologetic and said they would take care of it. I told them since they had it back go ahead and service the thing. Week and a half later I receive a call from Will again and for another $850 they will service it, oil, filters, plugs. What was the fuel leak? "Fuel lines, need to replace them all. With the new fuel pump and pressure it was to much for the old lines." Okay in for a penny in for a pound. Once again I tell him go ahead and fix it and do the tune up. Another two weeks go by and I get the call. Its ready. I'm thinking great I can take it to West Texas on a hunt and I'll be good to go. Heading out of town with my trailer I stop by WTC to pay, pick up my side by side and hit the road. They bring it around and drive it up on my trailer. Hold on! There are parts laying on the passenger side floor board. Will tells me, oh I was going to ask you about that. I showed him where they went and he said they would take care of it then I could be on my way. The mechanic bolts parts back on then Will trys to start it and nothing, it won't turn over? Crazy right. I tell him that's why I originally brought it here a month and half ago. He trys to start it and jiggles the gear selector, it turns over and starts. He tells me go ahead and take it and bring it back when I return from my West Texas hunt and they'll take care of it. I haul it almost 6 hours to Rocksprings TX. Get to the ranch and unload it ready for the long weekend. I'm sad to say it would barley run more than five miles per hour and wouldn't climb the smallest of hills unless in 4 low. Mad as hell now because I can't use it I load it up and leave it on the trailer. Its going back to WTC! There were about five guys behind the service counter when I get there. I believe they all knew I was upset and disappointed with the lack of service. Three of them sprinted to get the heck out of there. I've heard I'm sorry more while I was there for 30 min than the past year and we'll take care of it. Will and I go outside and I want him to take it for a ride. He says no need he could tell it wasn't right. I ask if you changed all my fuel lines replaced all my filters, drained my fuel tank for contaminates why is the fuel filter dirty inside and dusty dirty on the out. I wiped dust off showing it to him. Drained about seven gallons of gas then charging me for two fresh gallons? Three or four days latter Will calls again it was just a loose coil wire and for another $750 they can fix an issue with the cooling fan not working. WHAT! Something new. No not going to happen. I'm done. I'll pick it Saturday. I go to pick up my side by side Saturday. I guess he's the service manager and I go out to get it and you'll never guess, parts in the bed and it won't start. This guy is almost embarrassed as he should be. I know its not his fault or Wills fault directly and I won't remember who did what only that WTC has poor customer service didnt fix what or why it was originally sent there for. He was able to get it started by jiggling the gear selector and say sounds like you have an exhaust leak too. I just want it to put it back together at this point. He offers to deliver it my house later in the week when done. Today I get a call and said the intermittent starting was from the shift lever linkages are worn going to the transmission and should be replaced. I'm thinking why wasn't this caught the first or second time and that WTC will never get another dime from me. Oh yea it could use a new muffler too. THANKS BUT NO THANKS. WTC is going to drop it off at my house not fixed for what it was taken in for. SAD! I guess they are done with me as much as I am with them. I have done alot of mechanical work in my day so I know a thing or too. I'm at an age and a point in my life where I can afford to have this work done. I refuse to be taken advantage of.
