One man's trash is another man's treasure…read more I gave my landlord a 30-day notice on 6/10/2024 and had already paid my rent through the end of June. My intention was to pay the rent due for the 9 days in July on July 1st. The week of June 23 through the 28th, Britt Fulton and Michael Miller of Luxre Realty taught me that ONE MAN'S TREASURE IS ANOTHER MAN'S TRASH. During this week, these true professionals and icons of their industry were kind enough to toss all of my stuff into closets to do a photo shoot, list the condo I lived in and start showing it without any notice. They were also kind enough to boot me out of my home 2 days before the end of the month for an open house weekend: again, with no notice. I only found out because one of my neighbors thought all the activity in my home, was out of the ordinary. Apparently, renter's rights, morals and common courtesy mean absolutely nothing to these pillars of their community when it gets in the way of their greed. These fine folk put some of my plants out on the open deck which is painted metal on a hot summer day and let my plants burn and die. One of those plants was over 20 years old which I'd grown from a cutting from one of my mom's plants. These titans of their trade piled my stuff into closets, even tossing stuff on top of my other plants. They also scratched a 28-inch 4K Samsung monitor that I needed for work. I was never able to find my Vitamix blender. It was on the kitchen counter when last I saw it and I miss my smoothies... Luckily, I'd already taken most of my "treasures" to my new apartment a few days before. I just wish I'd taken all of my plants with me. I had about 20 plants, one of which was over 40 years old and belonged to my mom. That one is struggling to survive as it got burned pretty bad in the heat. Here are some pictures; please let me know if you think I'm overreacting, because I'm also considering filing a complaint with the National and California Associations of Realtors. I'm a Certified General Appraiser with over 38 years experience and have NEVER seen a realtor treat another person's personal belongings in such a manner. I have never treated another person's personal belongings in such a manner, neither in my professional life nor my personal life.

We didn't know anything about Lake Forest and never even been to this area but our only criteria was something new so we bought. We bought a detached condo as it was the only thing available. It's a nice home and on par with most other tract homes. What really sets Lennar apart is their AMAZING customer service. Lori our salesperson was superb. She was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and responsive. Even now she responds immediately to text or questions. For example I had a question about real estate taxes and she sent back a detailed email in a few hours. Sales staff at other communities we visited seemed bored probably because they don't have to do anything to sell home at this time and of course the same goes for Lori but kudos to her for her professionalism, dedication, and old fashion work ethic. The other outstanding customer service person is Scott our construction supervisor. We had a question a couple of days after we moved in and he came over to explain everything. We noticed what looked like a couple of saw marks on our counter tops in the kitchen. I was going to ignore it figuring that I'd be blown off (an in fact official requests were soundly ignored), but Scott personally took care of this. He first tried to have it repaired with the goal to have them replaced if the repair was not acceptable. We were concerned about how long the replacement would take and what else could go wrong during the replacement so also wanted an attempt at a repair which was OK but not great. Scott arranged for all the counter tops to be replaced so everything would match. Granted we live in a smaller home, but everything got done in 1 day and nothing including the backsplash tiles broke. The new tops look amazing and perfect. This is the best service I've had from any builder including some high end Beach Cities custom builders from prior homes. I'm a total believer and looking to move to a single story home in the new Lennar community being built. I was thrilled to hear that Lori will be selling these homes, but bummed that Scott will not be building them; hopefully we'll find another Scott there as well. We have had nothing but problems with the quality of the build of this house. The air-conditioning…read moresystem has had endless issues, it's been replaced, it's been recharge multiple times, we insisted that there was a leak and they said no, it took four different recharge visit in order for them to come find me and that they had a leak in the system. The cabinetry is falling apart, most recently are thermostat went dark and lost power and they refuse to work on it because they say it's past the 12 months even though the heating and air-conditioning system has a 10 year warranty so they are just kind of blowing us off and not providing the service that you would expect spending over $1 million for a home. I think Lennar needs to pull their head out of their ass and start taking care of their customers, they can get away with this right now due to the current conditions with home purchasing but eventually this is going to catch up with them and they will be in a position where no one will buy a home from them if they continue to treat their customers as poorly Saed treated me
