My roof has a section that protrudes out, so they were going to have to use a corner piece to go around the protrusion. The awning butted up against the house until the corner pieces were installed. The awning over the protrusion left about a one inch gap. they installed a metal bracket to conceal the gap. I'm not sure why they couldn't make it butt up like the rest of the house. This part of the installation didn't look professional to me. I addressed this issue and was told they couldn't make it butt up because of the eave how it was made, but it butted up on the rest of the house just fine. Not only that but when it rained it leaked. I called them to complain about it and they came out tried to seal the leak, but it still leaked. They were called six times and six times they came out and it still leaks! I just quit calling them. I don't think they can close the gap or seal the leak

Only a 30-day warranty, no refunds, no exchanges unless you let them work on it first---and they don't make house calls. The dryer melted wiring causing a fire hazard and the washer never did work properly but became completely unusable after 3 loads. The washer start button was unresponsive at times or blinked incessantly to where the only way to stop it was to unplug it. During the 3rd or 4th load, the process stopped after the rinse cycle and drained without spinning. I had to wring out every piece by hand and take the loads to the laundromat to do drying. Now I am in a worse spot than before I went to Appliance Warehouse because I paid for a terrible product that he won't come fix and I have no way to get to him to fix, and I paid for the haul off for my old washer that still had life left. Clearly David is not a good repairman who stands by his work. I called a real repairman out and he determined the repairs would cost more than $550! That plus the $100 service fee and I could have had a brand-new smart washer and dryer set.

The decor is cute with the checkered floor and fun names on the machines. I will say it is pretty pricey, around $4 for a washer and $2 for a dryer and it only does 30 minutes so sometimes you have to do two dryer cycles. But they have free soap and a vending machine for snacks and extra laundry items. There is a bathroom, they are open 24 hrs, and they have a decent amount of chairs and barstools at a counter to sit at. They do have a rewards card you can buy from a machine for $1 and it says you "get 10% off" but what it actually does is give you an extra 10%..so we put $100 on it thinking it would charge $90 but it charged $100 and gave us $110.
