His staff provided exceptional service and were very friendly as well! I would highly recommend Parlay Mortgage, we were very satisfied with their services! We pushed for a quick close due to a number of reasons, and Parlay certainly delivered!! They were able to get us to closing in less than 30 days, over the holiday season!! I don't want to set expectation that they can do this for all of their customers because I know that closing in less than 30 days is practically unheard of - there was a perfect storm that allowed this to happen, but a HUGE contributing factor was that Parlay went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that we met our closing date. Excellent service and a trustworthy firm!

I chose PMP after hearing ads on a local radio station I support. Tom and Juliana were very…read morethorough and answered all of my questions, I got a great rate, and they took care of everything! I was disappointed that they sold my mortgage, which I know is a common practice, but I had looked forward to supporting them throughout the life of the loan. Also, some of the fees were a little frivolous to me... I'll have paid nearly $250,000 by the time I finish paying, but they bothered charging $50 for a credit check and $40 for employment verification? Otherwise, great at what they do. I would recommend them for mortgage if you want a company who knows what they're doing!

So we were lucky enough to have Michelle as our mortgage consultant and I'll tell you right now…read morethat we could not have been more satisfied. My wife and I are older now and really dont know anything about this stuff, so we had to take a shot and put our trust in someone. After talking to several companies I decided that Michelle sounded the most trustworthy and thank god I was right. Was something about the way she carried herself over the phone. Too keep this short. I'll say she held our hands throughout the entire process and made sure we would understand everything. She got us exactly the rate we were hoping for which saved us almost $200.00a month. On what was a $750.00 a month mortgage I'd say that's pretty amazing. So, In closing , all I can say is that you will absolutely not find a better and more honest person to go through. Smart Mortgage should damn well be proud to have an agent like her working for them. And to us , that makes Smart Mortgage the only way to go , especially if your older like us and need someone you can trust. Thank You Michelle, Your the Best Bruce and Barb Baxter

It almost seemed too easy to be true - and it all turned out in our favor at the end, with a lower payment than predicted and more money back in our pockets. My husband and I were more than satisfied and have already spread the word about his work ethic and reliability. If you're searching around for a mortgage, I would definitely contact John and just see what he can do. You can't go wrong working with him!

We couldn't start out with some simple condo deal for our first foray into homeownership. No, we had to get a multi-unit building with the intention of renting the other units out. We were in over our heads. Wayne took us under his wing and showed us everything we needed to know. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, realistic, helpful, and responsive. Everyone he recommended (inspectors, etc.) were of equal quality. I seriously cannot fathom someone being more competent or capable. You cannot go wrong with Wayne.

Wayne was by far the best realtor I have worked with. If you are looking to purchase an energy…read moreefficient home or a new construction, Wayne Beals is the subject matter expert you need. He was always available and went out of his way to make sure that the deal went smoothly. We faced multiple challenges with lenders, appraisers, and my tight timeline. Wayne dealt with all the issues like a true professional. I was all the way in Hawaii during the majority of the time I was looking for a home and he made the process seamless. I had a family emergency during the time we were scheduled to close and he made it a priority to make sure that everything I needed was accomplished prior to me signing the closing documents. I can't even imagine how closing on my home would have been possible with any other agent. I have no doubt that with any other agent, I would have either not met my timeline or I would've been advised to make compromises for the type of home I wanted to purchase. You will not find a harder working realtor than Wayne and wouldn't hesitate to refer him to any of my friends or family.

From the…read morevery start of our process and the ease of getting us pre approved, preparing us for what we can expect and what's required for a loan all the way to the end when papers were officially signed it was a 5 star service. Our house buying journey started off extremely smooth but took a turn very quickly when the house did not appraise. Andy came up with a plan A, B and C to tackle the problem by recommending different lenders, ways to save at closing and to meet the sellers requests in this tough sellers market. He was always willing to answer questions when they came up, prepared all the documents needed (there were a lot with our messy situation), but communicated in a very simple manner because I knew nothing about the process.
