Which, I'd been nervous about after I mistakenly went to a 'holistic' dentist for that, which cost so much, and took very long to redo. I had to go to a perio specialist, then to put my zirconia implant crown on, Dr Edwards did a whole procedure to do that perfectly. And I'm very grateful to him that I can now chew normally and not worry about it anymore. Being born without an adult tooth is no picnic, but luckily there are pros like Dr E to help us out with these things in life.

My hygienist knew what she was doing and didnt hurt my gums or mouth while cleaning. The doctor was bubbly and very friendly as well lol! Definitely enjoyed the experience. As a side note, I always find it funny that they love to ask questions when you have stuff in your mouth lol. Cons: the front desk check in was slightly annoying. I had to sign documents on a pad without seeing the screen. Sure they told me verbally & provided a clipboard with the document, but I wanted to see the actual screen to ensure I was indeed signing the right thing. When I told the lady this she seemed slightly annoyed but she did share her screen with me. I just had a previous experience where I was listening to someone read the document while I signed and they withheld certain info that cost me $4000. Very hard lesson to learn. But I now read everything I sign. That small moment did not impact my overall experience so I still give full stars.

I choose a dentist based on quality, not a swanky office so I stopped going here. The two crowns they did at Bling had different problems after about three years: One crown cracked in half and the other fell off. There was decay under the crown that fell off. My overall impression is that the dentists are pushed, rushed, and overworked... that's my impression, I don't know that for certain. What really stings is the atmosphere. A few of the women in the office act condescending. At times I felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued patient, right up until it was time to upsell... and they loved to upsell. Every cleaning felt like a sales pitch for expensive extras, making it seem that the focus is on the bottom line rather than my well-being. I understand wanting to maximize profits but you have to draw a line somewhere . I would rather have a dentist that makes me feel valued and acts enthusiastic about their career than they are about making as much money as possible.
