I wish I could say something about my own behavior but just her taking the time to talk to me and it doesn't happen often but her professionalism and kindness made me forget why I was upset if anyone goes to the Wayne office you must meet her. I left the office wanting to thank her for making me feel important due to the time she spent with me you don't meet many people like her I hope to continue my care but I hope to see the office manager even more her kindness made my day and her patience is something you don't find from managers theses days.
