I've had several appointments over past 2 years for implants, all of which greatly helped me in achieving my goals for implants. What I didn't know? Dr Payne's skill, "bedside manor", state of the art technology and procedures, and follow-up after my surgeries. The assistants were awesome and Dr. Ben is my favorite oral surgeon EVER. Nobody really loves going to an oral surgeon, right? Dr. Ben is the best! After our first appointment he made sure that the scheduling staff was aware that we had about 4 hours of travel time and we got scheduled with that in mind. Both my husband and I saw him and he really had great information for us. He did some procedures for me that I wasn't even aware could be done that really helped me. He and his staff were quick but efficient. He talked to me about what he could and couldn't do and gave me the decisions of what I might want to happen. During the procedures, he really talked me through everything he was doing in a way that I could understand. You can hardly get that anywhere else. He knew we travelled a distance and he took extra time and care to get things done in my time frame. I really felt like I was getting the red carpet treatment. But he treated my husband the same way. I LOVE this office. My children absolutely love going to this dentist! Dr. Purcell is so patient and kind. He is great to take his time and explain things. He always is happy and you can tell he loves what he does! The staff is amazing. The front end is great with scheduling. The assistants and hygenists are so great!! I really just can't say enough good things about this office. If you have children who are nervous about going to the dentist, this IS the place to take them!! They have fun video games and toys to keep them entertained in the waiting room. Every room is decorated in a different theme! It's so cool! It will take their minds off of being at the dentist and ease nerves. My kids actually look forward to and enjoy going to the dentist! I actually have a hard time getting them to leave! Anyway here it is again: They lost my appointment twice. Yes. Integrity dental on eagleridge blv. This is the correct location. Thank god i didnt take work off for my appointments because they lost it twice. First time was because of a "system switch" but the next time i had a written card from the receptionist as proof.
