I guess business must be so good that they don't need any new patients.

I've had several appointments over past 2 years for implants, all of which greatly helped me in achieving my goals for implants. What I didn't know? Dr Payne's skill, "bedside manor", state of the art technology and procedures, and follow-up after my surgeries. He is attentive to my need for pain mitigation, the clarity of my aftercare instructions helped with my quick recovery, and his communication's with my referring dentist in Salida. I rate 5 Stars for a reason: I highly recommend Dr Payen and his excellent staff.

I LOVE this office. My children absolutely love going to this dentist! Dr. Purcell is so patient and kind. He is great to take his time and explain things. He always is happy and you can tell he loves what he does! The staff is amazing. The front end is great with scheduling. The assistants and hygenists are so great!! I really just can't say enough good things about this office. If you have children who are nervous about going to the dentist, this IS the place to take them!! They have fun video games and toys to keep them entertained in the waiting room. Every room is decorated in a different theme! It's so cool! It will take their minds off of being at the dentist and ease nerves. My kids actually look forward to and enjoy going to the dentist! I actually have a hard time getting them to leave! We live 45 minutes away and it is WELL worth the drive. I honestly would drive hours to go there. So if you are looking for a pediactric dentist this is it! :)

I saw Dr. Patel. The dental work itself was good. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was…read morepainful and unnecessarily traumatic. If you have dental anxiety, avoid this practice. Overall there was poor communication concerning appointment length, a critical problem with, and seeming indifference to pain management during treatment by Dr. Patel. Also, a dental assistant that was apparently not taught the importance of not pinching, or needlessly inflicting pain, or invading personal space made things a whole lot worse. There were incidents of her leaning on me in a manner that was exceedingly uncomfortable and didn't seem to be necessary for the work that she was doing. I was booked for a 1 hour appointment, but after well over an hour, I was informed that the appointment length was actually 4 hours. I had planned on an hour in the afternoon, and only had prescription sunglasses with me, meaning that the long drive home after dark would have to done be wearing darkly tinted sunglasses. By the time I learned this, there was no way to stop the work. Add all of these things in with ptsd, and this was by far the most traumatic medical appointment I have ever endured. The doctor told me that she would request tranquilizers for the next visit, and would reschedule after getting the proper authorization through the VA. I had already waited 6 months for this appointment, so when I didn't hear back, I called the office to check on the appointment. Only then was I informed that because of my PTSD, Dr. Patel had decided that she didn't want to work with me again. While I understood, and the feeling was absolutely mutual, her not communicating this to me at the time caused further frustration and unnecessary delays in receiving proper care. In fact, 7 months later I am still waiting for a new dentist to be approved because of Dr. Patel's unethical delay in informing me of her decision. It would have been best if she had had the ethics and professionalism to communicate this decision to me in a forthright manner that wouldn't have unnecessarily delayed treatment. If you have another option for dental care, take it.

The integrity staff informed me that they don't get pre authorizations any more the best I could get was paying half of the $300+ Next I received a $75.00 missed appointment fee. As soon as we realized the appointment was missed we called the office. We were told "no problem, it happens. Let's reschedule." Not one word about a fee. Very disappointed in a dental practice that we really liked.
