He tells you what he's thinking and takes the time to show you what he's looking at. He is personable and puts you at ease right away. When they finally did get her in, I was told I was not allowed to be in the room because I had her sibling. I understood not being in the room for the procedure, but while she was getting the numbing agent I thought I would be able to. My daughter was scared to death and the dentist did not care. Also if you are counting on the dentist to rely information to you, this is not the place to visit. I think she has the least amount of interaction with any of her patients that she can. When I made a complaint I feel like things just got worse and my childrens appointments got pushed just so that they could "punish" me. Just a horrible experience time and time again.
