Depot is not your choice taxi. But neither is this cab company. The driver can be really nice or as…read moremean as can be. I would only recommend this cab company in a pinch and that's pushing it. They have forgotten to pick me up after an arranged time call. The driver gets grumpy about his own business and takes it out on the customer. Will not pick up the phone half the time and that's before the cell phone ban. The list can go and on. Do yourself a favor if Depot is not your thing consider contacting family or taking the bus.

I called back because she didnt give us an est. amount of time to wait. She hangs up on me again after saying 15 min. An hour an 15 min later I call back to say forget it and she starts talking shit to me. This service is always like this. Always takes forever and refuses to wait on anyone to go in somewhere. You have to call back and wait hours again. Rude. We will never call again for another cab. Richmond needs a new cab service. With this service as the only existing one, a new one would thrive in this town!!

El rode has never messed up my order and I know that driver took my food.. I had to drive to get the rest of my food..I hope Richmond taxi goes out of business.. Thanks
