I waited for over 30 minutes during which the gentleman in front of me got called back to sit with a banker... when it was my turn the banker who's name was Tara turns and tells me I need an appointment ... I looked at them both and asked them why they didn't tell me that to begin with .. especially when you asked me what I needed .. they literally just let me sit there for 30 minutes lmao.. Needless to say I won't be placing my business account in their hands.. I don't know what the problem was because I talked to the guy in front of me and he didn't have an appointment either .. so if you can avoid banking at this branch I would!!
