I also don't believe the front desk understands that sometimes things are urgent and you don't want to drive all the way to an emergency vet. Again, very nice Doc but difficult to get through the appointment making process and finding a somewhat convenient time to bring your pet in.

I noticed on door in and out for both customers and their animals which is bad. There should be two doors especially if their are big dogs. Today I will call the office after a week to find out about their test outcome. I was recommended to use this office for my cat. Unfortunately it's one stop visit.

One of my dogs had a unique condition and Dr. Sharon Capone took the time to attend a seminar regarding canines with Neurologic conditions, so she could ask specific questions in Banshee's case. Their hours are very accommodating and I have never had difficulty getting an appointment. I only received the reminder that day and was caught off guard that it wasnt a tech visit. it was just for a vaccine, this was all from my confusion. Im a new customer. I tried to speak to their doc but they wouldnt let me. They developed an opinion about me and wouldn't help me anymore they clammed up. I wrote them a fair review, and they sent me an email telling me to seek services else wear, now i went here to make this review. I have a bad attitude, my life's hard. I cant be the patient one all the time. I had to find a second vet because my regular vet did not provide the services I needed for one of…read moremy cats. I had been to Complete Veterinary Care many years prior for an emergency visit under another vet (Dr. Vorhies) with a different cat. However, it seems the practice changed vets, so I researched Dr. Anacker and he came highly recommended. Dr. Anacker is calm and level-headed. He took me on as a new patient within a couple of days even though he was booked solid for two weeks. He also saw me every 7 to 10 days for several months to give antibiotic shots to my sick cat (and discuss other methods of treatment) even though we both knew my cat Stephen was never going to get well. He always listened carefully and never rushed me out the door. Several times he squeezed me in on the day I called even though he was booked solid. The office always responded in a timely manner and was very cordial. I was also able to provide updates via email. I am so thankful to him. He enabled me to have a few more months with my precious Stephen. I would definitely go back to him again without hesitation.
