In a second instance on my street, the crew stole power from a house next to the one they were working on. The owner of the company was then verbally abusive to the homeowner of the home they stole from. His aggressive behaviour and attempts at intimidation resulted in the police being called. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. The owner behaves like a bully and has no professionalism whatsoever and the work they do is substandard, at best.

Brad actually came out in person, in a timely fashion, to give me an estimate and was most helpful in explaining what was required and why. They were able to do the landscaping as well as the concrete work and a few odds and ends that I desired - a one stop shop for me! The concrete work was extensive front and back but completed in a timely manner despite the torrential rains which interrupted the process. I was always kept informed as to the work schedule and timeline to expect. The crew must be congratulated for their tidiness and clean-up abilities. Their mothers would be proud!!

I called the Weed Man early in the year. They said they would get rid of the ground ivy and it was guaranteed and they would come back at no charge if the first treatment didn't work. It took two treatments to get rid of the weeds. They fertilized my lawn as well. It looked better than it had done for years. I am getting them to look after the front lawn this year as well. My husband has created huge patches of bare dirt while trying to kill the weeds. Weed Man are giving me lawn seed to fill in the bare patches. I am sure that the front lawn will eventually look as good as the back. I am very pleased with the Weed Man.

A couple of days after the installation, the one closet door would not open. A representative from the company came out and did an adjustment and informed us that if he had to come out again, it would be at an additional cost to us which seemed rediculous as the doors were brand new. A short time after the rep was out, when we closed the door, it came off the track every time. I called Precision Doors twice and was informed that someone would get back to me. No one ever did!! I finally ended up calling a friend over and in less 2 hours he had the problem fixed and we have had no issues since. You would think that if you are in the business of installing doors, be they interior or exterior that you would stand by your workmanship and provide customer service in a timely manner to remedy any problems that may arise!!!

Jason showed up on time, communication was good, he had ideas and samples, the quote was thorough and it all happened in under a month. His team was detail oriented, thorough, professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Our bathroom was gutted, everything was to replaced along with a new fan added and part of our main stack was also replaced - full bathroom renovation. We have no regrets and would recommend them to anyone. The team went above and beyond for us. We felt like they were working with us (not against us like previous contractors), they kept us in the loop with communication and the end result speaks for itself. When we did have questions they were always available to answer them even if it was on the weekend or after work. They made us feel like they cared about our project. We appreciated all the ideas, samples and photos from other jobs that helped us make decisions. Hybrid delivered what they promised - 10/10 would hire them again!
