I felt the need to provide an updated review (not that my five star rating is changing) as I've now been seeing Adrianna over a year at her location. She continues to be amazingly professional and friendly when providing such an intimate service. I recently had my first c section and was nervous about my first post-birth wax. Adrianna was great about providing my verbal support and gave me a stress ball to hold during the process (I've never needed one before but was grateful for it this time). The whole process went smoothly and she didn't rush the wax process. I am still tremendously happy coming here and recommend her to everyone! read more

YOU FOUND YOUR WAX GIRL! Adrianna is the best at what she does!! Not only does this amazing woman run her own business, she offers professional services with such kindness and compassion. I had the pleasure of finding Wax Therapy when I moved to Santa Barbara a year ago. I was so nervous to begin the hunt for a waxer I felt comfortable with after leaving my previous state. I had zero referrals and was going over every review I could find for each location in town. I came across Wax Therapy and was very impressed by the positive feedback I was seeing. I had looked over so many salons and kept coming back to this one, so I booked my first appointment -- and a year later, I am a dedicated client! Everything from lip, chin, underarms, Brazilian, and full legs, and each service has been consistently amazing. I come from having had negative experiences in the past and having to step away due to trauma, so finding someone I can trust is a must. I truly cannot give enough praise to Adrianna at Wax Therapy for her incredible services, for being such an understanding woman, and for creating not only a beautiful space but a safe and caring environment. I recommend her to everyone and am so grateful to have found this amazing woman!! Thank you read more

Updating this review as I've been coming to Adrianna for two years now and I honestly couldn't recommend her more. Every appointment is quick, comfortable, and I always receive an amazing wax. I'll be graduating this semester and I'm seriously considering making the 4 hour drive down from my hometown to get my waxes from her because I simply cannot find anyone like her. She's always so welcoming and makes the whole experience stress-free & fun. Yes, fun. Seriously, I look forward to getting a Brazilian because of her -- a sentence I never thought I'd say. Highly recommend! read more

Adrianna is AWESOME! She really knows what she's doing. I followed her from her previous employer (large chain) where she trained others how to wax. She immediately makes you feel comfortable then explains each step of the process. She always remembers my preferences and confirms that I still want the same. Appointments are easy to make on-line and since her location is in La Cumbre Plaza there is plenty of parking. She has gone the extra step to make her shop inviting and comfortable while maintaining absolute cleanliness. I know this must sound crazy - over the top, but she really is that good! read more

If I could give a million stars I would! I have been getting waxed by Adrianna for almost three years now and she exceeds my expectations every time. She uses top quality products, has a beautiful space, and always makes sure you are comfortable with your service. She's the only person I trust with my brows or to do a Brazilian because she's that good! Her online booking service is super easy and her studio is in a great location. Not only is she a great waxer but also just a kind human. Would 100% recommend to anyone who is skeptical about trusting someone new with their brows or any other service, because that was definitely me but I got super lucky to find her!! Thanks Adrianna :) read more

Absolutely cannot recommend Adrianna enough!! She made me feel so comfortable and she is so easy to talk to, which really helps get your mind off the waxing that's happening (that of which is honestly painless because she is very talented at her craft). This is the BEST WAX you will find in Santa Barbara & anywhere else for that matter. Adrianna is so kind, professional, and skilled. I have a low pain tolerance, but trust me when I tell you her Brazilians are actually PAINLESS.
