I was gifted a SkinSpirit gift card for my birthday, so I decided to book a consultation--and I'm so glad I did. For context, I've been to countless laser and aesthetic clinics over the years (from Los Angeles to Hawaii), and this was the first time I truly felt welcomed without any pressure. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive. What stood out most was that I never felt like I was being sold anything. Instead, they took the time to understand my goals, educate me on their services, and made the entire experience feel relaxed and personalized. I've always been hesitant about Botox and fillers, but after seeing their natural, balanced results and having a consultation with Dr. Linder, I actually felt comfortable--excited, even--to finally pop my Botox/filler cherry with SkinSpirit. As someone who is genuinely afraid of needles, Dr. Linder made the experience so easy. She was gentle, reassuring, and used techniques that made the process feel virtually painless. All of my anxiety completely melted away, and I felt truly cared for throughout. Also, shoutout to the front desk--especially the well-dressed gentleman who helped me recover and redeem a lost gift card. That level of customer service did not go unnoticed. Hands down, one of the best birthday gifts I've received. I'm so happy to have found a place that not only delivers amazing results but also makes you feel comfortable, confident, and genuinely taken care of. SkinSpirit has earned a lifelong client.

I've struggled with acne ever since elementary school- tried all the products you can think of, took Accutane twice, the works. Throughout these years I've accumulated quite a bit of acne scarring that have bugged me for the longest time. I went to a few different med-spas and dermatologists that did absolutely nothing to improve my skin. It almost felt as if they were recommending the most expensive treatments to make a quick buck. As soon as I met Houda, I could tell that she had a passion to make people feel great in their own skin. We discussed a few treatment options and then began treating within the next couple of weeks. I saw results after just a few of treatments, something that I thought wouldn't be possible because of the state of my skin. I have a few more treatments left and can't explain the joy that I see with my results. It's truly life changing!

I hate to leave bad reviews, but I don't want someone else to have the experience I have had…read more I had a facial on 10/9. I explained to Houda that I have dry, sensitive skin and am on tretinoin, which further sensitizes skin. Certain ingredients don't mix well with tretinoin and if you're doing a peel, micro needling, etc you have to stop tret use for several days leading up to treatment. During my facial, she applied a salicylic acid mask that immediately burned my skin, to the point that my eyes were watering and it was unbearable to leave on longer than about a minute or two. By the time I got home, my skin was bright red, like a bad sunburn. By 10/11, my skin was peeling off in chunks. I emailed Houda and she replied some dryness and tightness is normal. I am now 4 days out and my entire face is still peeling in large pieces. If I was there for peel, that'd be ok, but I just went for a facial and had no intention of getting a peel and it was never discussed. Houda's response to my concerns has felt a bit dismissive and told me this is a normal reaction. If that's the case, I wish the communication had been better- I had no idea she was going to use a product that'd cause my face to peel intensely for days on end. After looking into the product used, it is not intended to cause peeling. It seems like this product shouldn't have been used on sensitive skin or on a client using tretinoin. The manufacturer of the product advised me to see a doctor regarding this reaction. Based on other reviews I know Houda can do great work, unfortunately I don't think this is a good option for people with sensitive skin looking for a facial.

Ann Marie also checks in, in between appointments to ensure that the routine is going well and see if any adjustments need to be made, which I really appreciate. I only had a month before the big day, and I wasn't really sure that I could do anything in time to make improvements. I booked an appointment with Anne Marie and was able to squeeze in a couple of appointments with her before the wedding- facials and a vitamin c peel. She also helped me with some new products that I religiously used in the weeks leading up to the big day. All I can say is...WOW. I honestly didn't expect to see noticeable results, but Anne Marie is a lifesaver. My mom and best friends kept asking what I had done to make my skin glow, and my make up artist was SHOCKED at the improvement since the trial. I had gone from major insecurity, to pure confidence. Not only did she do wonders with my skin, but Anne Marie is just all around great- she's fun to talk to, direct and honest about what my skin needed and what it didn't need, and really knowledgable about different skin types and product ingredients. She made a huge difference for my wedding day, but I'm also thrilled that I found someone who will continue to help me make my skin better and better. Thank you, Anne Marie :)
