As I was putting in an order for a wrap, one of employees was talking to manager explaining where she used to work that she spit in the mashed potatoes. I love Wawa's and what I really like about this one is that they now offer wireless payments at the pump, which means I can use ApplePay to pay for my gas! It's about time and I really hope they roll this out to other Wawa's soon! Most Wawa's are built the same and this one is really not much different than other nearby Wawa's. I always enjoy grabbing a coffee, a bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel or the occasional sandwich. And ApplePay is now accepted inside the store as well! read more

This Wawa perplexes me because it is in a prime location, but it lacks both goods and service. I've visited this store several times and it appears as though they're always out of stock of something...like overwhelmingly so. Once, it was the entire case of F'Real milkshakes - totally empty. The next time I returned the entire case of ice cream was empty. Following, the prepared foods case was about 3/4 empty. I've also seen large sections of the gas pumps completely gated off. Furthermore, I've only ever seen three employees on the floor at any given time. Granted, they were very nice...but service was lacking. When I brought all of this up in conversation with some local friends, they too noted the same complaints. And oddly enough there aren't any other Wawa locations close by, so one would think that this particular store would have itself together. Just weird. read more

Whenever I am going to school at Ursinus or coming home from school, this is my go to Wawa as I pass it on 113. I have been to this Wawa frequently before if I was in the Skippack area and I do enjoy it. I enjoy the design of this Wawa, the store is clean, employees are helpful, store is wellstocked and the food is always fresh too. I also enjoy the amount or parking and that it has two rows of gas pumps on either side of the parking lot and not all together, it helps with traffic. I look forward to coming to this Wawa much more as I continue my schooling, be it for gas, breakfast or dinner. read more

This wawa is right next to where I work, and is very convenient for me. I always make a Zep, every time that i go here. Always good. Friendly service, Fast checkout, etc Pickles are where it's at, along with the jalapeños Mmm.. Tasty jalapeños. Pretty good over all. read more

An average Wawa, always busy unless it's late at night. The staff is friendly, seems to be difficult for them to keep up stocking.

I visit this Wawa almost everyday. The staff members at checkout are friendly and checkout has been faster. I have noticed between Thanksgiving and Christmas several turkey items were missing from order menu at peak and off peak times of the day. The service at deli has been very hit or miss. At off peak times... get ready to wait. My last visit at 7pm one person was working deli and other associate was performing maintenance tasks. Gas pump concrete areas could be cleaner. read more

Stopped for a few items and also a cup of decaf coffee. Pot was empty. Went to try a regular, empty. Went to the other regular coffee corn, empty. Figured I'd try the french vanilla since I really wanted a cup of coffee.... empty. Out of desperation, then tried one of the specialties ... empty. Whoa. All other urns had "closed" on them. Decided to put my milk, oj, bread & eggs back, and left store. I'm 68 and have utilized many wawa stores, not to mention other stores and never have I seen such terrible conditions. I guess it's like the govt though in that wawa is too big to fail at his time. As a convenience store, is it for their convenience or customers convenience. This isn't the first time these things have happened. Even the lottery machine doesn't seem to regularly be maintained, such as redeeming winning tickets. I once asked one of the workers for help as she was standing talking to someone in one of the aisles. I politely excused myself for interrupting to ask the question, and she replied, "can't you see I'm on a break talking to my neighbor"? Whoa.... This store i s about 3 miles from our house. There's a supermarket 1.5 miles from us. From now on this family will never use a wawa again no matter how "convenient". read more
