I'm a 3rd shift worker who has to eat lunch while working. I have placed DoorDash orders from this High St. Wawa location for over a year. Ninety percent (90%) of the time my order is wrong. Somehow they cannot figure out the difference between diet drinks and regular drinks! I've stopped ordering sandwiches from here because I would always get sick afterwards. Reporting to DoorDash doesn't seem to improve the quality control over there. They just want to give you a credit so you can come back and "order within 24 hours." It's almost as if they are in kahoots to scam people out of their money. Last night, I ordered 7 items. They were mostly drinks and a couple of prepackaged snacks. FIVE (5), YES, five items were wrong!! How do you "accidentally " get 5/7 items of an order wrong...And this was after I asked the dasher to check before leaving the store! She said she asked the clerk to check because the bag was sealed. But, somehow I STILL had 5 wrong or missing items. IF YOU DON'T HAVE TO SHOP HERE, DON'T!!! read more

I eat Wawa takeout often. Today I got a salad and an italian Hoagie for my wife. Both were truly nasty. For the second time, they forgot the eggs on the salad. parts of the salad tasted like dirt. I don't know if it was the lettuce or the vegetables. Then my wife had the italian hoagie and that tasted to her like soap. I tried it and it was equally unapealing. Been here a few times and I have no idea why I even bother. Food is always made wrong and most the employees/ managers are trash. Stopped in this morning for a can on chew and I walked up to the register and waited for a couple seconds only for the cashier to barely look at me and then ask "you getting something?" like why else am I standing at a register. And he also shorted me on change but walked away before I could count my change and say something he disappeared. Dont know his name but he's taller, tan complexion, scruffy with longer hair and thin... that dudes a moron. never again am I going to this Wawa... it's literally trash people taking care of trash people from the slums of inner pottstown. Very disappointing. I ordered a lot of different sandwiches and fries and they all were not filled. Like they gave half the meats and very little of anything on them. Not sure if it was a new associate or what. But I was very unhappy. I won't even order from this one anymore read more

This Wawa has workers who don't care about their work ethic, they people making the sandwiches don't put all of what the sandwich requires and the specialty drinks are sloppily made for what they cost. Pottstown you need to do better. This location has really gone down hill. read more

I was super happy when this Wawa went in about 6 month ago...i hated going to dunkin donuts for coffee. So with the flick of a contractors crane a new WaWa emerged from the fields. This is your typical Wawa with a gas station. The one thing that bothers me about this place is this blonde woman who works there in the morning. My god is her voice annoying and loud and she just doesn't shut up. one of these days I'm going to throw a coffee at her. If you go there I'm sure you know exactly who i am talking about. read more

Great store Has everything. Employees great. Only issues are getting there Stop Light in town have no sensors and have poor timing. Tired of stopping at every light and waiting. It takes an extra 10 minutes to stop at Wawa and travel back to 422 because of the lights (no traffic in other direction). read more

This WaWa ranges from friendly to fierce. Deepening in when you go, you may hear the front cashiers complaining about other workers or customers. Half of the time, you are not acknowledged (even when paying). I'm shocked it can be this bad considered it's a massive chain. You can only hire who applies I suppose. read more

I've been going to wawa for ever but recently been disappointed with the way they make their hoagies. They don't put mayo on the whole bun anymore, just on one half leaving half the bun dry. Not good! It sucks to get a half dry sandwich. I wish sheetz were closer. I don't have a problem driving by the four wawas on the way to the sheetz anymore . read more
