DO NOT !!!! Come to this location if there is a tall African American guy by the name of Flint, Blint, or blant , not really sure what his name really was but I've called corporate on the manner I'm about to describe already. But I feel public should know of this boy behavior and I say boy because he's anything less than a man being so nasty and rude to a minor. Last night around 12:10 I took my sister on a quick store run to Wawa as she was dehydrated and just needed some good refreshing water. We go into the location she picks out vitamin water and I at first got two Wawa brand juices and ordered a smoothie. We go to check out on the self terminals at that time I was paying cash so I realized I couldn't use the terminal and canceled the transactions. I then realized the price I was going to pay for the juices it was cheaper to just go ahead to get the vitamin water like my sister. However, upon my sister trying to check out at the terminal next to the terminal I was just on she realized that the items weren't ringing up as the signs marked to say they should. Therefore me and her went to go get my waters as well as check the signs . We then go to check out at the registers with a live individual. At first it was a young woman checking my sister out and then the boy/ manchild came up to finishing ringing my sister. My sister whom is a minor asked him why the items weren't ringing as signed (he ignored her) then she noticed once I guess he clicked something they rang correctly. I let him slid with ignoring her strike 1 and even the dismissive ways of her asking him to scan her app for her rewards. As she is still checking out he states "Yal left that like that" ( and points and makes faces over toward the self check out we were at) I said "excuse me"( me being in awe in not what he said but how he said it as well as the unexpected behavior and commentary to say any of what he said to my sister or me) he repeated himself in a rude manner. I said "yes" and left it be he left the terminal in which he was ringing still with my sisters card being inserted in the terminal to go cancel out whatever was on the self check out. Again I let him slide in all of that behavior with a child. But, that's not it I go to check out he says "you good" ( in a smart manner) I say "yes" as I'm steady trying to check out and ignore his behaviors he keeps on going and follows up by saying " you sure because your looking real crazy right now" I said "excuse me " he then repeats himself again but in a disrespectful way I then had enough of giving him passes and say " I gave you a f****** pass with talking to my sister who is a minor in the way you did the first time but enough is enough let me check out and the commentary is not d**** necessary you're doing too much learn when to shut up. He starts laughing I start walking toward my sister who was walking toward the smoothie area that I had ordered and I'm asking to speak to the manager. Mind you I'm vocal so I'm sure this "manager " heard me but I guess she was scared because I was in that moment very loud off his behavior. I tell her what happened and he is standing behind me and my sister laughing as he is supposed to be vacuuming. I was going to exit but I was that disgusted I said what is his name was to call corporate. However everyone that were employees acted as if they couldn't hear in that moment and wouldn't answer me. He then did and stated his name which I barely could understand him with his bandaid on his beard and mask half way down his face. I repeated what he said because I heard flint he said "yeah flint make sure you get it right " and starts laughing . The manager was there when he did this but she was less than helpful and just seemed lost in the sauce . I called corporate and had them on speaker when I went back in the store to ask for the store number and asked the manager his name again hence for the confusion on his name in the beginning of the paragraph she acted as if she didn't really know his name. As I'm exiting the boy heard me on the phone and starts to laugh. Side note:I am black so it's not a race thing but wanted to better describe the boy. I frequent this location because it's near my house. It's always a bit grimy compared to other locations but today I went to use the bathroom for the first time and was horrified. Pee all over the seat, dark brown and gray drip marks all over the door, handle and air dryer, thick black grime in all corners and crevices of the floor and around the toilet and the mirror was completely clouded over to the point I couldn't see myself. I couldn't talk myself into using the toilet but wanted to wash my hands still so I soaped up and put my hands under the faucet and ... nothing. There's one sink and the water doesn't work. I told an employee and she said "I know." She was nice enough to find me an alternative place to rinse my hands but still wtf? This would be bad enough in normal times but with the pandemic it's seriously concerning. read more

We tried to order dinner from Wawa and have it delivered. What a mistake. Never ever never ever again. What a absolute sharaphagus level 7. Door dash is straight up trash. Her I sit ordered and paid for $31 worth of food. I get the delivery. I get bag 2 of 2 no bag 1 of 2. I call Doordash they say call Wawa I call Wawa they say call doordash. 2 hours later I got no $31 and no dinner. I picture some goofball sitting somewhere eating my dinner thinking ohnutsh it's an extra meal. This is absolutely ridiculous. I don't expect much from Doordash but Wawa is a conglomerate giant company. Someone fix the issue. Plus forgive me as the poor bastard customer how about Gee Sir we are sorry this happened to you. What ever happened to customer service! Is this the first order these 2 companies ever tried to fill? I am loosing my fabulous sense of humor. Ok update Michelle from Wawa steps in and calls back. I have to go pick it up but that's ok. Michelle is an excellent employee. She understands c ustomer service. Not only did she make the order again fresh but offered a refund on certain items and an apology. Michelle deserves a raise and promotion. She went above and beyond. Exceeded my expectations. Fresh ingredients at this location but we've seen a couple of times where our food isn't prepared as ordered. Really disappointed today that both the chicken salads we ordered today had no chicken :-(. Everyone is nice here but more attention to quality is needed to improve my rating. read more

For the most part, this location is fine, but I would not recommend to go to this location after sundown. I don't know what it is, but almost every time I have gone to this location at night, there is at least one guy loitering at the door begging for money. On one occasion, there was a guy at the door and another one at the pumps asking for people to give him a few gallons of gas. I have now started to actively avoid this location for this reason. I don't mind helping those in need, but I'm not a charity either, and some of these guys have been a little persistent or nasty when I have said no. Don't need that kind of hassle for a cup of coffee. read more

Ordered a salad with dressing on the salad. Simple and typical request, right? Got back to my office and there is no dressing in the bag or on the salad. Pure stupidity. And I had to leave work and drive to store to get a refund. I never go here again. Plenty of other options. read more
