The overnight staff are rude and non productive. Every morning around 330-4 am I stop and get a smoothie and a doughnut. there is never anyone at the register to help you. always have to wait at least 5 mins before they even notice you, sometimes longer. the past 2 weeks I have waited 10-20 mins some days for my smoothie to be made. either they are in the back or just standing there talking to one another about what plans they have. I have even heard one calling customers names and being rude to them cause they ask for their food that they ordered and hasn't been made cause they are busy talking. this use to be a great store to go into , but now it's just like any other gas station. I get better service at the Citco down the street from me. I would go there but not open till 6 am. WAWA you need to do better. read more

OMG! My first visit to this wonderful chain in five years and did I miss it! Before I moved here from the Philly area I lived in the same county as the WaWa HQ. My little town had two of them. I've been to WaWa's hundreds of times and always found them to be a top-shelf convenience store. This one is twenty-five miles away from me and way to far to visit normally. Today was a delightful exception. This one is typical of all the new WaWa's, includes gas, and is beautifully bright and clean. Easy access to the pumps, great gas prices, and FREE AIR! I ordered my sub from the self-serve kiosk and started drooling just thinking about it! The choices seem to be almost endless. My sub was ready in less than five minutes. Check out was simple and the cashier was quick and friendly. I recommend the WaWa app as you can build up rewards points and lots of other stuff. I brought my gorgeous sub home and toasted it in the oven. God damn it was delicious! I'm struggling with a meat coma as I type this! WaWa's have always been five stars for me and this one is no different! read more

Wawa has certainly expanded its presence throughout Florida and that is certainly good news for Floridians, but for Floridians who relocated here from eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey, it was bringing a piece of home down here to the Sunshine State. Wawa is so much more than a simple gas station. Yes, it features a multitude of gas pumps offering competitive prices and I applaud them for offering air for your tires from an air pump that does not require a payment. Should be common sense, but most gas stations have decided that they can generate a few more dollars by charging people to put air in their tires. Wawa goes above and beyond in customer service by letting people get air without a surcharge. But for me and I would hazard a guess that endears Wawa to most of us is the food that they offer, mostly their subs (what they call hoagies due to their original locations). These subs, er, hoagies are freshly made 24/7 and many, myself included, have ended an evening festivities at a Wawa grabbing an end of the night snack in the form of one of their subs, hoagies, or whatever you want to call them. They have both hot and cold sub/hoagie things, as well as other foods like breakfast sandwiches, bagels, bowls, etc. I also have always liked their pretzels, available at the cash registers. Oh, speaking of their food, keep an eye out for Hoagiefest, where they offer any sub at a discounted price. Truly a good deal. So, yes, I recommend Wawa. I would almost climb a mountain to scream its praises for the four winds to carry to the far planets of this world (perhaps even going so far as to reach my home state of New Jersey). Got gas only to find out they charged me around an extra 60 dollars. I called to try to explain to them and Lisa was very rude telling me it was my fault then transfered me to manager dan who also told me it was my fault. I didn't get a chance to barely speak it could be they have a skimmer but they just didn't want to hear it. The tone they both used pissed me off so I couldn't actually talk to them without breaking down. Never again will I get gas at this particular Wawa. read more

I tried the cheese burger yesterday everything. It was pretty decent, but they didn't put the bacon I paid extra for on the sandwich. They also forgot the tomato and onions because they were too busy playing and joking with each other. If they improve their standards I'd like to give their food another try. read more

Wawa is a gas station and yet so much more. Great smoothies and other drinks, great meatball sub, the mac n cheese options are great especially the buffalo chicken. The bacon egg and cheese croissant is a frequent breakfast for me. I used to get the blended chai latte, but I found the hot chocolate choices and now I make my own drink with the spiced hot chocolate and the unsweet tea. They keep the place clean, the staff is friendly, the management conscientious. Gas prices are in line with the lower range of the area. There are plenty of pumps usually, though if they ever get the curb cut off US27 so that it's easier to get in and out they'll probably get busier. I see a couple low ratings from other reviewers that I feel were unfair. As for the racial profiling claim the place has a variety of races working there and I'd bet the only reason she wasn't asked to turn off her engine was because the attendant didn't notice hers also running. As for the reviewer complaining over the milk, you might have a valid point that Wawa having entered the convenience store market from having a dairy operation should have their own milk available. However, judging one store over the operations decisions and supply chain issues of the corporation is petty and hateful. Your review may damage the local store, but if you think about it for half a second you'll quickly come to the conclusion that the corporation is not supplying dairy in Florida, not that the store doesn't want to provide it. And with more Wawa's coming to Florida then Wawa bringing their own dairy products to Florida may become more viable. So yes, the site is missing the product that is the foundation of Wawa, and maybe that is disappointing for you, but it does not make the local store bad, especially given that the rest of the Wawa signature products are being done so well. (Also, I've not checked if the dairy is now available, I don't do dairy, so it's not the only defining aspect of Wawa. I'll try to remember to check and ask about it next time I'm there.) read more

My husband and I were both pumping gas next to rach other, he is black and I am white, we both had our vehicles running. The gentleman taking out the trash immediately went to my husband and told him to turn his car off. My husband walked to the drivers door to do that and the man radioed and had the pump turned off. My husband was not rude, did what the man said, and yet he STILL radioed to have the pump turned off. Funny, I was doing the same thing on the next pump over and the man never said a word. Racial profiling and racism if I ever saw it. We will never step foot in any WAWA again. read more

Woah! This has to be a first for me to give a gas station 5-stars. This was my first time in a "Wawa" store before and it was immaculately clean. The restrooms here were really clean, and the staff couldn't have been any nicer. Their coffee was great. I recommend coming to this place. read more

I'd like to give a shoutout of appreciation to the two managers on duty August 20, 2022. My drivers license had fallen out while at the cashiers, and I only realized that a couple hrs later in Orlando. I called them, and the manager called me back to say that yes my license was with them (after he asked my name for verification). I said i'll swing by 5-6 pm to pick it up. Traffic was bad on I-4, and i reached there around 7:30. The next manager on duty told me that the previous manager had told her i'd come by between 5-6, and she was waiting, she didnt take a break. Heartwarming to come across such good people. Now as regards this particular WAWA, I always stop here on my monthly trips from Lake Placid to Orlando. Excellent coffee, sandwiches+burgers and bananas too. Very clean and good service from everyone i have encoutered there. But the above drivers license episode made me write this review. I love it that y'all have WAWA's down here in the South BUT there are no WAWA brand milk. But instead some crappy off brand chocolate milk. The only reason this is three stars and not one is because the staff was very nice. BUT if you can not do WAWA right do not do WAWA at all. read more
