Typical WaWa-clean,reliably quick, friendly service. I stopped for a sandwich and despite it being very crowded, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I tried the hot honey chicken wrap. I was expecting shredded cheddar but this had a whole slice of cheese. I tasted more honey than hot. I wish it had been the opposite. Overall though, a decent stop on the road with plenty of gas pumps too. read more

Listen Wawa is like a magnet to me every time I see one, it definitely draws me in. No matter what you order, the food is always good. You also always find things you can't find anywhere else. This visit was no different for me. This is most likely the Best BLT I've ever had (see pictures for how I ordered mine). Store was busy and crowded, but order took no time once placed at the kiosk. OMG!! I am not at all exaggerating when I say the food here is the BOMB!! The subs blow every other sub place away. Idk why they're so much better but they are. Take my work for it. Seriously delicious. I like the cookies and the chicken noodle soup too. The soup makes a great breakfast to eat in your car when you're rushing to work lol. You have to try it!! I get gas and other things here too but the food is what keeps me coming back. You wouldn't think that a gas station has a delicious dinner for you but this one definitely does!! Now I just wish Wawa would come to the south. We need one in Louisiana. Racetrac just isn't the same!!! read more

I don't recommend getting any made to order drinks from this location at all. I found bits of solid white plastic in my drink. The thing is I was a little more than half way through with it when I found the first big chunk that's pictured in my hand. I got this around 10/11pm (4/23/22) so by the time I found it I was already about ready to go to sleep so I wasn't about to go back out but now I wish I would have. The photo inside the cup is from the next morning where other bits floated to the top. This makes me not trust this places food or anything made to order anymore. read more

This is a fantastic Wawa! I go there every couple of days or so and order the same sandwich and a soft pretzel. Ever since I began going to Wawa normally, I have only had 1 time where my experience was sub par, but even then it wasn't a big deal. The people in there recognize me now and know my order. They greet me and talk to me when I am ordering and checking out. Great place to get some food or stop by! read more

WAWA you gotta love'em because they have what you crave. Be it soda or the coffee or some nice cold beers they got it. Hungry go for a sandwich or snack food like chips,snack cakes or some candy. And of course they got your gas for your thirsty vehicle. And if you need some cash from the ATM they got that with no fee. Now this WAWA is busy and now that I think about it they are all busy stores. So there you have it a great little convenience store. read more

Wawa always makes me smile - even in a podunk town like Hopewell, VA. I was surprised, yet relieved to see a Wawa in the middle of this town since I needed a gallon of water so I could avoid drinking from the sink in an emergency. The Wawa was the standard layout - grab and go in the center next to the registers, food-to-order station on the right, and drinks and beer to the left. The crowd was par for the Virginia I-95 corridor course - hickish with a sprinkle of dirt. For some reason, gasoline here was more expensive than in Richmond city - not sure what's going on but I'll make sure I fill up when I'm further north. read more

Wawa was a sight for sore eyes for this city boy. Parched, decaffeinated, empty belly and full bladder lead me to this oasis in the country. This is a great place to refuel your car and tummy while headed down south. They have ample caffeine, made-to-order takeaway food and plenty of processed goodies for any weary driver. I found it odd that they don't sell batteries or anything resembling a peripheral device charger. It's a great capitalist opportunity to charge an energy deprived tourist a convenience fee for their electronic boosts. Hell, I would have been that sucker! Charge me! Literally. Verdict: Stop here for bathroom, gas, caffeine and processed food. Keep trucking for a power up for your phone or tablet. read more

First wawa I have been into where I actually felt dirty as soon as I walked into the restroom. Toilet paper was all over the floor, mirrors looked like they were cleaned with dirt. The cleanest thing in the room was the paper towel dispenser. Was going to order food, but after seeing the way the bathroom was cleaned. I opted out of that idea fast in fear of how sanitary the kitchen was. read more

Stopping through on the drive home. This wawa is jammed packed. The bathroom was messier. It seemed to be a local hang-out spot. lol. The chicken noodle and junior meatball sandwich was great. The wawa green tea, is not good. It was probably me. Anything that taste like artificial sweetner taste horrible to me. Traveling by I would stop by again. Busy is better then secluded. read more
