I placed a mobile order for curbside for me and my daughter the other day. I order my go to drink an iced snickerdoodle latte and for my daughter I got her a kids meal with chicken tender, chips and a water bottle. I place his order before leaving the house when I got there I put which spot I was in and it took about five minutes for my order to come out. They did forget a straw but as a mom, I always carry extra when we got back to the house. I unpackaged my daughter's kids meal, and what I saw was the saddest chicken tenders I ever seen. DIRTY AND NASTY!!! Homeless hanging outside by the door asking for money. The women's bathroom was nasty. NO seat covers, NO soap, NO paper towels, NO hand sanitizer, NO Slurpies just liquid. There were dirty cups and lids all over the fountain drink area. The floor was all sticky clear up to the self checkout. Couldn't wait to get out of there. read more

This WAWA is open not long ago. The price is reasonable. Since it is new in Brandon, there is a lot visitor. I like they have the larger screen for instructions. The display letter size in the screen also in larger font size. It is easy to ready for young and old. Especially for old people. I like the blue background screen to reduce the reflection of the sun. It also has boat fuel. Since it is at it honeymoon period, the gas is cheaper. Now the nearby gas station also lower the price. Good for the consumer. It don't have right in and out to SR 60 but it has share use entrance. read more

Unfortunately this place has gone even more down hill since the last time I came through. Almost all the drinks options were either completely out and limited. The hot food menu is super limited.. to the point were I haven't been to another Wawa with a more limited menu. It does seem like they are struggling a little bit with help. The gentleman in the deli RJ always makes sure I am taken care of and is always greeting me with a kind gesture on my way in and out of the store! I always go to this wawa every morning for my coffee and sweet cream pretzel and the normal lady that's back there she always has everything prepared in the morning very organized but today they had a heavy set Spanish lady and there were no pretzels made when I arrived so I go ask her to put one in the oven for me she says "ok no problem". I go make my coffee order some buttered bread and even pay for my food go pick up my buttered bread that was toasted and was waiting for me. So then I go to pick up my pretzel and guess what... She forgot to put it in so now I had already waited close to 10mins and had to wait for another 5 mins. I have always liked the food here and the service has always been good. But lately when I order an iced coffee it seems like the ice is being added before the hot coffee, so my coffee is watered down and with no ice by the time I get to it. If this issue could be fixed by adding ice at the end, that would make this place the spot for good quick food and drinks! read more
