We booked 4 jetskis with this guy on 6/16/2024 to be delivered in Laughlin on 7/27/2024 8am. Gave a $400 deposit on 6/16/2024. On 7/27/2024 no call no show. He texts back almost at noon the same day saying he is sorry, he is sick and had no one to deliver them to the lake. Since 7/27/2024 we have been trying to get our $400 deposit back but its been nothing but excuses stating he has sent it via zelle but says "pending". Nothing has been received to date. On 8/6/2024. I sent him a message basically fed up, he sends $150 by apple pay and says he will send the remaining $250 on Friday 8/9/2024. He has not responded since. Besides the money, this guy ruined a guys trip that we have planned months in advance and doesn't take that into consideration. We all drove from Socal to take a weekend off but had to figure out alternative plans due to trusting a small business to deliver. Book anywhere else. read more

I ordered it for Saturday and Sunday and James let me pick it up Friday at 5 p.m, returned around 9 p.m on Sunday! Overall Great service by James and very thorough walk thru of the machine. This is not a legitimate business. They took my deposit for a ding on the jet ski i rented. They said repairs would cost close to the entire deposits i left. They said it would be refunded 1 day after returning the jet ski. I returned the jet ski and did not hear back from them until i reach out to them. Then they told me that the jet skis were damaged and would cost $700 to repair. He sent me a picture of two dings on one of the jet ski. The jet skis had a lot of scratches and dings when i received it. I asked him to send me something showing that the repair shop had quoted the amount and he did not have anything and said it would take too long to send it. I called a separate repair shop and they offered to repair it for $200. I went back and forth with then for 5 days trying to get my deposit back. They do not have a license to be renting anything, no insurance, and no legitimacy to anything they said. They seemed very nice at first and that was what made me feel comfortable giving the $1000 cash. They only accept cash. Now it all males sense. Do not rent anything from them. You will be robbed of your money. I still have not received any money back from my deposit. read more

First of all I want to start by how I was treated once I arrive I meet James and brothers they were all super chill and welcoming. They took they're time showing me around and allowing me to see all of their rental equipment they have. Not to mention the prices are unbeatable also no hidden fees you can actually see everything is done in paper. The jets skis are super new and fast one of them had speakers so we where able to enjoy our music while riding in the lake. Hands down the best place to get jet skis or cam am honestly I been to other places but the service and the equipment is not great comparar to wavy rentals. Their jets skis are 2022 and super fast . The whole family enjoyed them , this is a legit rental company , they provided the equipment we needed to be safe out there and the jetskis were working outstanding. I am super disappointed in this place, worst experience...we rented 2 jet skis from them, and they wanted $500 deposit cash for each one... when we returned the jet skis they said that we had damaged one of the impellers. We literally took the jet ski for a few hours on an easy ride, didn't even fall off once, no damaged occurred while in our possession... we didn't have any issues riding, nothing that was done by us caused damage to that jet ski... after hours of arguing they tell us "well we have someone coming tomorrow to rent, if they don't complain we can see what we can do". So the jet ski is good enough to rent to someone else but you're telling us it's damaged... it just didn't make sense... they just didn't want to give us back our deposit!!!
