If you're looking for the perfect jet ski experience, this place absolutely delivers on every level. From the moment I arrived I was greeted by Edward and Big Mike. They were not only friendly and welcoming, but also incredibly knowledgeable. What really sets this spot apart is the value. The pricing is some of the best you'll find, especially considering the quality of the equipment and the overall experience. There are no hidden fees or gimmicks, just straightforward and fair prices. The location adds to the experience too, with beautiful views and plenty of space to ride freely. Overall, this place strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and laid-back fun. Great prices, awesome staff, and an experience that leaves you wanting to come back. I Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to make some unforgettable memories on the water. read more

First time in Laughlin, my first time on a jet ski. Service was very friendly, humorous, and welcoming. We are really glad we chose this jet ski rental place! It was very convenient and easy to return after. Also, it did not cost an arm/leg to rent out like the other rental places on the river. The group rented for one hour. That one hour was more than enough time! We were getting roasted and toasted by the sun, we were getting pooped out. Nonetheless, we had such a blast!! We are one happy group of customers! We will be back next year!! read more

They were an amazing couple, period. Gave me great conversation, advice and (I'm assuming) one of their faster ski's. That ski literally had me crying tears of joy. Much different than riding in the ocean. They also let me know when they'd close the dam, so I could cross the river on foot. Again...amazing. Thanx y'all!!! read more

Mike and Edward were honest and competitively priced. We will definitely go back. We went on a Saturday and paid for an hour of fun for just 110 dollars. They allowed our whole family to switch during the hour as well on one jet ski as we had our dog with us. There is also a small sandy beach with some shade to sit in watch. The location of the dock is just to the side of Aquarius Casino and Edgewater Casino. This was the highlight of our trip to Laughlin. No scammers at this place like I have read at others. read more

Great service, well maintained wave runners, and perfect location. We rented four wave runners, went out on the river and had a great day!

Really glad we rented our jet ski's from here. Not only was the price affordable, but the service was great!! Edward helped us get familiar with the rules and expectations of the water. I really appreciated how much he cared about our safety and everyone else's safety on the water. I didn't catch the other two workers names but they were awesome as well. Helping you on the jet ski and explaining in detail how it works and what to expect. When you get on the water they even help you get familiar the first couple minutes to make sure your comfortable. We had a blast riding the river. Really happy with this place. read more

If I can give this place a 10/5 I would. This place was no cash grab and 100% straight up with their rules of payment no security deposit nothing like that. Very friendly staff and helpful with all things safety and understanding the equipment this was my very first time riding a jet ski so I was very hesitant on riding a jet ski. But the very caring staff calmed my nerves, and their jet skis are KILLER !!!! So much fun will come back 100% next time we're back In town read more

For those who are getting a Groupon... DONT! This company does not work with Groupon and this wonderful team keeps getting bad rap because of the misinformation on Groupon. So contact them directly! Text or Call they are extremely helpful and responsive! Edward and his team were extremely professional and on time! Had our jet skis gassed up and ready to go at our appointment time. Had 2 beginners with us and they were extremely patient showing them the ropes! If you want to support a smaller but great team I definitely recommend these guys! Also might I add the have the best prices in Laughlin! Our first tank of gas was included so no hidden fees! Thank you guys for the awesome time! We will definitely be coming back again! read more

I was hesitant to rent a jet ski after my horrible experience with another bigger company. I'm glad I went through this company. Everyone was great and welcoming. Did a little research on Yelp before heading to the river and found a few here that looked solid and on a whim got in touch with Ed who could not have been more friendly and helpful. As others mentioned, go to the shop to do the paper work and watch the video, Ed will even give you some tips and answer questions on how to have the best experience for newbies like us. We went out and he did a quick inspection of the jet skis and pointed out to me typical places on the jet ski that are easy to damage and how to avoid as much which was appreciated, once again being a newb. All in All, super cool guy who could not have been nicer and more helpful from launch to pickup to billing. Would rent here again for sure...super easy to work with and great experience for me and my family. read more

I called to confirm the weekend rental rates for the jet ski, and I believe I was speaking with the owner. I thought the conversation was going great, the prices were great, I was excited, and I even complimented him for having great weekend rates. However, when I tried confirming the prices just to make sure I had the correct information, so I could relay everything to my wife, he must of got annoyed, and randomly hung up the phone. I tried calling back several times, thinking the disconnect was from my phone, but after the 5th call I realized he was being a douche and he was purposely not answering the calls. That's fine, if he doesn't want my business, I'll gladly give it to his competitors, and if he continues this level of unprofessionalism with anyone else, I would recommend everyone else do the same! read more

Came in super last minute when every place in town was SOLD OUT. Price was reasonable with what rates generally are, skiis are not new but I have teenage kids who want a good time and don't care about flashy skiis, we want fun. Great power, clean, towable or will deliver at River for you. (Fyi tow to Lake Mohave much funner) Always video tape rentals before Owner was super cool and friendly!!! My family and I will definitely be coming back to this place. Edward took great care of us his customer service was great. NO HIDDEN FEES upfront and great prices. He got us on the water way faster than any service I have used in Laughlin. When we needed to refill on gas he showed up and got us back on the water within 15min. JET SKIES worked great all day long no problems. Thanks for your service man! read more

Post riding experience was very disappointing. FYI, the gas is not included in the rental. Make sure the price covers all incidentals.
