I picked a medium-sized shirt from the sale rack outside the store, assuming it was discounted. At checkout, the cashier mentioned he wouldn't charge me for the "printing" on the shirt--something I hadn't even realized was a separate fee. I thanked him, only to be shocked when the total came to $55.63. Feeling rushed because my friends were waiting, I paid, thinking maybe the shirt had been misplaced on the sale rack. But on my way out, I saw another shirt--similar in style--with a clear tag showing $24.99. I went back to the cashier and asked to return the expensive shirt and buy the cheaper one. He refused, pointing to a small, hidden sign that said "No Returns, Only Exchanges." To make matters worse: * He removed the price tag from the shirt I bought. * He did not provide a receipt. * My friends later told me this is a common tactic there and that I may have been scammed. This experience felt dishonest and exploitative, especially for someone dealing with a medical issue and just trying to enjoy the beach. This is a really nice store. I'll call it a souvenir shop, because it has so many tourists here and they are really purchasing t-shirts and cups like me. Ended up paying almost $80 for a shirt tagged at 39.99 because I had an iron on added to it and the prices on receipt were not even those on the tag or listed for iron-ons at check out. The staff hovered while shopping as if they expected us to try to steal. read more

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! If I could give no stars, I would!!!! Total scam!!! They don't tell you that you will have to pay for the shirt/sweatshirt AND whatever design you choose to put on it. My mom and I were in close to closing and bought few things and had names put on them and one sweater with a decal. They charge $4 per per letter which is ridiculous. The man working seemed to follow us around almost pushing product on us. I don't feel the man was very transparent but he was very nice. The man told us the receipts weren't printing that they could be texted or emailed. After leaving we looked at the texted receipt and felt my mom over charged so we went back next day thinking we were going to have a problem getting money back especially after I read reviews. Turns out the decals that go on the shirts are just as much as the shirts or sweaters. Both me and my mom were very upset before going back to the store thinking our day was going to be ruined. The people that work there are very nice and they did make it right for us and made our day. If they hadn't made it right I wouldn't be leaving 4 stars. read more

Scam!!!! I bought 2 hats, a $14.99 pair of sunglasses and 4 shirts and it cost $258. They talk you into the custom design like they're included which even if they were separate shouldn't mean each cost $50. We got one kids shirt and three adult shirts. Once the designs are done there's no turning back. The great sales people I will ski me out of a lot of money extremely fast. These designs are no different than you get it a flea market and pay $20 for a shirt. read more

This place is a scam. The advertise prices on their racks and then ring you up for a different price. There are items that don't have a price and don't tell you the cost when you purchase. They take advantage people who are unknowing. They then say that they can't refund you and that their machine doesn't, but if you argue enough, they can do it with the same machine. read more

Shirts are amazing but extremely overpriced, we got two shirts and it's cost us over 100 bucks. Didn't tell us that the shirt, design, and wax were separately Priced or what they even cost.
