Fermin, the manager, is amazing and always goes out of his way to take care of me. The crew always cleans my car perfectly inside and out. Aziz at the register and the entire team are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about doing a great job. You can tell they take pride in their work. If you want your car treated right by people who actually care, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

If you want the top Executive wash, it's only about $10 more each time. I also like that they offer synthetic wax options that you don't always get at other traditional car washes. I've been coming here on and off for about a year, and the biggest issue is consistency. Sometimes they do a good job, but other times they miss quite a bit and my wife and I end up wiping things down again when we get home. At this point I usually just finish it myself rather than waiting around, especially since the unlimited membership still makes the price worthwhile. The place also gets extremely busy, especially on weekends and when it's hot, so I understand the employees are working under pressure. That said, some of the managers and employees inside the store can come across as rude or unfriendly, which doesn't help when you're already frustrated about having to redo parts of the wash. Overall, the membership and pricing are good, but the quality and customer service could definitely be more consistent.

Almost every time I come through, the employees seem rude or make the experience unnecessarily difficult. I was originally on their highest-tier membership plan, but I ended up downgrading because I kept having strange payment issues with the account. I've had a few different cars over the past year, but I've always kept the same contact information and membership details. Today, August 23, I came in around 7 PM after working all week and was looking forward to finally getting my car washed. I had updated my payment card about a week ago, but was told my payment had declined. I would have gladly paid the $15 again, but I had accidentally left my wallet at home. I explained that I've been a paying member for months and asked if they could please let me through just this once so I could fix the payment issue afterward. The female employee I spoke with was extremely rude and wouldn't work with me at all. I understand that businesses have policies, and I'm not saying employees should just give away free washes. What bothered me was the complete lack of customer service or willingness to help a longtime paying member over a $15 wash. It felt like that $15 was more important than keeping someone who has been paying every month and would have continued doing so. Between the repeated payment issues and consistently rude interactions with employees, I'm seriously considering canceling and going somewhere else. I really wanted to like this place, but being treated like an inconvenience every time I come in gets old.

After driving to Westlake to shop at Costco, I stopped at this station to fill up and noticed the…read morepump offered a car wash. Since we had just had some rain and my car needed cleaning, I purchased the wash while paying for my gas. After fueling up, I drove over to the car wash only to find it blocked off. I tracked down an employee, who informed me that the car wash was closed. When I asked why the station was still selling car washes when the facility wasn't operating, I was told I could simply come back tomorrow to use it. That wasn't an acceptable solution. I don't live nearby and have no intention of making a special trip back just to get a car wash. I asked for a refund, but the employee said that wasn't possible because they were closed. She then pointed out that the car wash hours were posted on a small sign near the exit. Unfortunately, a sign at the exit does nothing to warn customers before they purchase a car wash at the pump. If the car wash is closed, the pumps should not be selling car wash tickets, or customers should at least be clearly warned before completing the purchase. This experience was frustrating and left a poor impression. The cost and inconvenience of driving back exceed the value of the car wash itself. Because of how this was handled, I do not plan to return to this station.

He told me about their car washes and the deals they had. He is your shining star! His brightness never fades! I love how they have so many choices and their prices are great too! I noticed too when I drove it that they had vacuuming first which a really great idea! The first I've ever seen, their suctions on their vacuums are very strong which I love and gets all the dirt and debris out of my car! They also have damp washcloth for inside your cars to wipe what needs to wipe to make your car super clean! Afterwards you stay in our car and go through there car wash. I got the $27.99 for a single time wash. Since I was a new member they gat me a discount I only paid $19.99!! I so so thrilled. After your car washes there is a station where you air dry your car or wipe your car down to the left. I would like to thank LUV Car wash in Thousand Oaks for amazing & wonderful experience! I would Love to Thank Raul for making my visit so positive & memorable experience! I'll tell all my Family & Friends to visit here! Please be kind & courteous to these hard workers!

So drive through we did, and were rewarded with a much shinier vehicle after going through their system. Each LUV Car Wash location has a different layout, due to space available on the lot. This one has a lot of space in the middle area to go to vacuum the interior before or after the wash. Once you run through the washing / rinsing / drying tunnel, it's easiest to just head back onto T.O. Boulevard and continue with your day. I don't keep track of the cost per wash, because we have the monthly subscription. On that plan, it's best to go through the system frequently to get the best value. It's always a day brightener to drive out with a clean car.
