My consultant was Jinny and she's super nice and accommodating. They made sure to get the nose that I wanted- they asked for examples of the kind of Nose liked and reasons to why I liked them. I love Sai, she is in charge of my ultherapy program. This is the first time I come to wave, and I have no previous experience. I had high expectation on Wave in the beginning in order to remove my dark spots on my face. It's been 8 months now and unfortunately I have lost all my trust and confidence on Wave. 1. Consultant Verana. I have big concern on her professional: does she have any dermatology related license? The answer I got from her is NO. I accepted her recommendation on PiQo4 laser package with 6 times of treatments. And when she walked me out of her office, she told me that she will guarantee that my skin issue will be solved 100%. That's the first time we met, and also was the last time. Once she got my payment, she disappeared forever. I had phone call with her once and we agreed that she will meet me at Costa Mesa location on the following day since I would buy the cream that she recommended. However, after I arrived, I was told that she was busy with other customer. Am I customer too? Are you sure that you can't share even 1 minute to say hi? 2. Never met real doctor! I only see doctors pictures online or on the wall at their office entrance. 3. Appointment: Because of my working hours, I usually make the appointment on Friday around 4pm. However, for the recent 2 times visits, when I received the confirmation message, the appointment had changed to 2pm or 3pm instead. I called to check and was told that that's the time on their calendar. Who is lying? I always update my calendar when I made the appointment, since Friday 2pm -3pm is my working hours that I can't commit to come out. I explained my concern, the response was that's the last appointment with Thy. If that's the case, I'm wondering why can't you mention it when I made the appointment to avoid the confusion?! 4. The most important - treatment outcome: Very sad to say, after 4 times out of 6 PiQo4 laser treatment and applying the prescribed cream for 8 months continuously, there is NO improvement on removing my dark spots at all! I discussed this with Thy, she actually admitted it. I asked that if we should consider other options. Thy brought location manager Khoa and we talked couple of days later over the phone. What I was told from the beginning of the conversation was because I bought the package with discount, which means if I stop the rest 2 laser treatment for other options, I actually owe them hundreds of dollars after my payment of over $5k! What a ridiculous logic! I told Khoa that what I'm expecting currently still is to remove my dark spot, however what I was told is just numbers, it looked like Wave doesn't have the solution on my skin problem. Khoa admitted that. If that's the case, how come Verana promised me with such high confidence in the beginning? Should I get my money back? With my personal experience, I'm pretty surprised that Wave can still survive in the market today. I hope other people who are considering to work with Wave the best of luck! read more

Thuy was AMAZING! I was so please with Wave after receiving my Hydrafacial, that I came back for BOTOX! Nurse Thuy was so kind, and went through a thorough consultation of my concerns. She addressed all areas that I needed to treat and I couldn't be more happy. I have very strong lines right above my eyebrow that I am unhappy with. She informed me that we needed to be cautious in that area bc treating that close to my brow could cause drooping- Which in the past (at another spa- i wont disclose the name) had caused this to happen. Most doctors we consult suggested brow lift surgery. Concerned about complications related to surgery, my husband and I want to have a doctor who is very experienced but conservative enough. We asked lots of questions. Dr. Peter Lee surely is very experienced. He was very patient and his answers are right to the point. He was hesitate to graft a small bone tumor on my forehead which most doctors thought it was a piece of cake. Although we were willing to pay extra, he didn't commit to remove it. This made us think he is a trustworthy doctor. Assistant Verana is my go-to person. She is very friendly and helpful. The surgery went well. I didn't have nausea or vomit. The swollen went away gradually. After 6 month, I am quite satisfied with the result: No wrinkles! My forehead is smooth; my eyes look so energetic, better than 10 years ago!! Run if you can!!! The biggest regret I had was to get a fat transfer. This procedure was highly recommended by doctor Peter Lee. But the I did not like the outcome because my cheeks look odd and it feels so unnatural. Even the second doctor (the non-Asian) had told me that it was too much. 2 years after double eyelid surgery. This place didn't get rid of the stitches properly and I had to come and tell them they didn't remove my stitches completely. The right eye was the eye that didn't get the stitches removed completely and healed differently than the left eye. I followed direction and took care of both my eyes post operation. But their lack of skill made my eyes uneven at the end. I just knew after 2 weeks of post op my eyes would be uneven and I cried in their room after looking at my eyes. All they could say was "I'm sorry... but the result might be different after time passes, so come back to us after a while"or something like that. But I just knew that won't be happening for me just looking at how uneven my eyes were. Two years passed and it's still uneven as hell. I'd gives this place 0/5 if I can and don't recommend getting double eyelid surgery here. I should have just gone to Korea and got it done. Biggest regret of my life. read more
