When I first started, I had severe lower back pain that spread to the top of my spine including all around my neck. The pain wasn't going away on its own so I needed to take action, and Angelo did a great job diagnosing the key problems, coming up with a game plan the first day I saw him. He prescribed stretches to do daily as well as going over what exercises we would do in his facility to help strengthen my back once and for all. He also broke up stiff muscles in the beginning to unlock my muscles and get the blood flowing again. It paid off and now I have much more flexibility than before. Everyone even says that I have gotten taller and this is due to the fact that my posture is the best it has ever been. On top of everything, Angelo is the nicest guy and the most seasoned expert I have ever spoken to when it comes to physical therapy issues. It is all because of him that I have gotten rid of my back pain, and he is so knowledgeable on everything. Then, during follow up visits, she will adjust and refit the custom hand braces as needed. After several months I noticed I had diminishing returns on time spent and still had nagging problems participating in my sport at full capacity. It was a breath of fresh air to receive treatment from somebody who looks at the whole person and their goals instead of simply bringing them to minimum comfort level and being pain free through avoidance. She customized my plan to my goals and kept me active in my sport during the treatment period. She also helped me address muscular and flexibility imbalances that likely caused the injury in the first place.
