Inna never applies a cookie cutter approach to solve the issue. She takes the extra steps to figure out the best approach and will adjust the treatment as needed. She really digs in looking for the cause of pain and discomfort then applies an INDIVIDUAL plan. She also takes the time to verbally and visually explain the root of the problem and why there is pain and discomfort. As you start to improve, she will re-test and adjust the treatment/routine to ensure proper healing. She loves what she does and really cares about her patients - she goes above and beyond. After several months I noticed I had diminishing returns on time spent and still had nagging problems participating in my sport at full capacity. It was a breath of fresh air to receive treatment from somebody who looks at the whole person and their goals instead of simply bringing them to minimum comfort level and being pain free through avoidance. She customized my plan to my goals and kept me active in my sport during the treatment period. She also helped me address muscular and flexibility imbalances that likely caused the injury in the first place.
