I can honestly say that Christine's gracious, humble and inspirational spirit along with the health and wellness knowledge she shares has changed the projection of my health and wellness journey for the better. On days when I feel like skipping my practice but I join Christine for yoga I ALWAYS feel better. It's as if she knows exactly what my body and mind need out of a yoga session and she always delivers. I also love the extra touches she incorporates into her yoga classes such as offering essential oils, gentle adjustments or thought provoking readings. Christine also frequently hosts health "challenges" like daily smoothie or spring cleanse weeks that are super helpful for realigning mindfulness toward eating habits. Another thing I love is that she is very current with her knowledge as she is continually educating herself about health, wellness and yoga at retreats and seminars. But above all else, Christine is such a kind compassionate person. She is a joy to be around and so easy to talk to and connect with. If you are looking for a wonderful yoga instructor (who's more than a yoga instructor) or have thought of trying out yoga but we're too nervous Christine is the gal for you. She makes it so fun!

One day, I reached out and was connected with Tess Zeito. Our first call was serendipitous - I knew at the end of the 30 minutes that we were meant to work together and meet. I started with the 8 weeks plan with the option to extend. I am finishing up my 8 weeks and I put in the work and stayed committed to working with Tess every week. I feel transformed, empowered and have so much clarity. I trusted the process and now am going to extend my time with Tess as there is more ground to cover, especially around professional development. I am so glad Tess is my life coach. She helped me transform and get out of a fear loop that was holding me back. I am beyond grateful to Tess. Thank you.

From our first session, Shannon approached me with kindness and genuine curiosity.
