Owner of car was on scene ohp called city body for pick up the car. Not once have they sent letters to the owner of the car. They sold the car without legal ownership of car. Either return the wrecked car or face law suit. City body wouldn't let my son in law get the car or his stuff out without title. Complete thieves and total disregard for the laws.
