She has this way of speaking down to her clients, and is without a doubt a total bitch. The other staff members are friendly and lovely, which gives the business the false air of being a friendly, customer welcoming place. They do do their job well, but I will never be returning as the people who work at the Walmart eye care center and hundreds of times better. I only suggest going if its an emergency or if you like being treated like an ignorant child.

I will note they were very pushy with upselling me on lasik and telling me to use their surgery center. They kept insisting to get the surgery despite me saying no several times. The front desk experience was the opposite, Abby was dismissive and rude while discussing the surprise charges, which made the situation worse; I also discovered their contact lens pricing is significantly higher than major retailers, with the same brand quoted near $90 that is widely available for around $60 elsewhere; I don't mind paying for services I agree to, but I do mind being billed for services I declined and not being clearly informed about extra costs, and better transparency and professionalism at the front desk would make a big difference.
