It's a privately owned park, which is hard to find these days. The owners are friendly and easy to get along with, if you have a problem, talk to them and they will work with you, which is something you won't find in a corporate owned park. They respond to maintenance problems quickly and get them solved as soon as possible. They keep the park clean and well maintained. It's actually a pretty quiet and peaceful place to live, save for a few arguing neighbors now and then. The rent is fair, cheaper than most other parks, but it costs $50.00 extra to have a dog. I find that to be a little over the top, but I guess it keeps some would be problem dogs out. Cats don't cost extra so there is a bit of a cat problem...they are everywhere!!! They do charge extra for more than 2 people, which is understandable due to the use of city water which they pay for and is included in the rent. All in all, it's a good place to live if you have to live in a mobile home park. Everything you could possibly need is within walking distance. My only complaint is that it's really hard to get out on M-89 sometimes...I hate that road!!! read more
