Wound up replacing more boards than initially thought for a very small upcharge given the number of boards replaced. Overall cost was still way lower than we feared especially given the current price of lumber. Would very much recommend them.

Crew showed up around 9:00, left for lunch around 11:00 and wrapped up each day by 3:00. They did not introduce themselves upon arrival or ask ANY questions like "where can we put the materials/supplies? Where can we put our ugly dump trailer? Can we set up our saw in front of your garage door?" They were also very sloppy leaving materials all over the yard including large nails and razor blades without regard of dangerous conditions for children and pets. The only reason they got a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the end result does look nice. Too bad we had to complain and be "one of those customers" to get action.

Continued to promise that they would "take care of me" which meant that they came out twice and looked at the situation but then somehow could not get past not having the proper equipment (a LADDER-- you are a roofing company and you don't have a LADDER?!?!) or manpower. After over a year, I am done. I will find a company that can actually take care of the issue. Very poor commitment to service and honoring their word. Only use them if you like being strung along and wasting your time and money.

They replaced 4 shingles and I can't even tell... they blended right in. Derek did an excellent job. Also had Capstone replace an air/dryer vent cover on the side of the house. Birds were getting in and building nests. Derek cleaned out all the nest debris and replace the vent cover with a new one having a screen on it, to keep the birds out. He did an excellent job on that as well, looks great! All the work was done in less than 2 hours, which I was impressed with... very quick, very professional.

Juan's company removed two extremely tall tree from my neighbors back yard. While they did an…read moreexcellent job the bobcat driver, my observation, was in too much of a hurry. There is approximately fifteen feet between my home and the neighbors. Bobcat drivers job was to remove all the large and small limbs dragging them to the front of the property. Where they either mulched them or load the huge ones into a truck. Neither the bobcat driver nor his coworkers trimmed the long branches prior to removal. (Trying to draw a picture with words.) A lot of them were almost fifteen feet wide. This resulted in coming VERY close to ripping of the downspout on the front corner of my home. They did rip off the eavestrough that carries rain away from the foundation. And knocked over my waste and recycling containers. They did pick them up and reattached my run off gutter. If they had trimmed the wide branches ... Now, this happened both days (2) they worked. Personally, if it happened on day one then on day two I would have the brain function to change up my approach. But nope. They never knocked on my door to ask permission to enter my fenced yard to clean up their debris. So I went out and cleaned up. Day two as they were cleaning up I went out and cleaned up their debris from my yard. Giving it to them to dispose of. The bobcat driver job approached me and said they would clean it up. I pointed out that they didn't on day one so why would I think they would on day two? The customers yard was cleaned up each day. I also brought to his attention the fact that he came close to ripping off my downspout. Twisting it by about thirty degrees.
