We were told that our monument would be ready in mid October 2025. At the end of the month after no communication from Jackson Crematory I was finally able to get through to someone. I was told that by noon the next day I would receive a phone call from the owner (also our salesperson) with an update on our order. Today is March 31, 2026 and I'm still waiting on that call. From October until today I was met with nothing but lies and excuses on why they haven't able to complete my order and why I haven't been able to talk to the salesperson (also the owner of the company). In addition to having to contact the cemetery and organize the pad for the monument to be placed on, I also had to track down and find the monument that was delivered to the wrong cemetery. I am happy to say that thanks to the cemetery and their amazing staff, the monument was delivered and placed today. So after 5 months of delays we are finally able to visit my baby grandson in his final resting place. The only reason I gave them one star is because I was not able to give 0 STARS.
