I was recently at a memorial where there was a family that was divided and the way this funeral home and the funeral director treated the MOM was simply disgusting. No funeral director should ever pick sides and they should be making this horrible situation as easy as possible, this was not the case. The funeral director never included or informed the mother of the plans for her son and simply sided with the ex-husband. At the memorial itself the mother did not have any seats set aside for her and she had to sit in the bleachers, how does that even make sense? I am so glad I live in the town I live and and will NEVER have to use this funeral home. read more
